'Hygiene Issues Unpleasant experience that the bathroom had visible mold, and there was a strong smell lingering in the air that even spread into the room. Additionally, the bedding caused skin irritation, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. Hope management takes immediate action to improve Hygiene standards.'

'I'd booked for this hotel via online in trip.com apps. The rate for online booking is RM 92.47. Due to my late check in, I asked my friend who stayed nearby to the hotel to check in the room first. As a normal practice, my friend put a deposit for RM 50 at the counter. To be surprised, the staff issued a receipt of the deposit and room rate for RM 84.15. There's a difference of RM 8.32. As far as I'm concerned, we'll get a lower price when booking online rather than walk in. The cleanliness of the room is not in perfect condition as the bedsheets and the floor are dirty. I'm sorry to comment on this as to ensure the hotel management asked the housekeeping staff to do their jobs properly.'

'호텔은 겉보기에 괜찮아 보이고, 위치도 꽤 한적하고 사람이나 차가 붐비지 않습니다. 접수원은 정말 친절했습니다. 호텔은 2층이지만 엘리베이터가 없어서 계단을 이용해야 합니다. 가격은 보통이었습니다. 객실은 정말 좋았지만 TV 수신 상태가 꽤 나빴습니다. 온수기/냉방기와 다리미판이 있습니다. 손님을 위한 지정된 주차장은 없고, 주차 공간도 제한적입니다. 물건을 사거나 먹을 것을 사고 싶다면 근처에 식료품점과 레스토랑이 있습니다. 와이파이는 괜찮지만 그렇게 나쁘지는 않습니다. 전반적으로 단기 체류에 좋은 곳입니다.'
