"호텔의 위치는 매우 편리하여 기차나 우편 버스를 타고 몇 분 안에 주변 지역을 둘러볼 수 있습니다. 호텔 시설은 전반적으로 완벽하지만, 복도는 환기가 잘 안 되고 약간의 장식이 남아 있으며 객실은 밀폐되어 있습니다. 객실은 넓고 깨끗하며 위생적입니다. 천장부터 바닥까지 내려오는 밀폐형 창문을 통해 기차역 쪽 산 전망을 감상할 수 있습니다. 아침 식사는 기본적인 메뉴와 풍성한 과일로 푸짐합니다. 아마도 새 호텔이라 그런지 여자 리셉션 직원은 컴퓨터 앞에만 앉아 손님을 맞이하지 않습니다. 청소 직원들은 손님이 있는 계단으로 카트를 밀어 넣습니다."

"이 호텔은 난방이 잘 안 되고, 엄청 춥고, 아시아인들에게 친절하지도 않습니다. 아침 식사는 4일 동안 똑같고, 전혀 바뀌지 않아서 며칠 묵기에는 적합하지 않습니다. 패밀리 스위트룸을 예약했는데 일반 트윈룸을 받았습니다. 프랑스 지역 서비스는 종종 형편없습니다."

"We stayed here only one night as the main hotel we wanted to stay at was fully booked on the first day we arrived in Sion. It was conveniently close to the train station (about a 10 min walk) and well located for cafes and restaurants in the old town, which were only a short walk away. The reception is really only a tiny desk in a corner of a restaurant - not very impressive! And there is a very small and old fashioned lift that takes you up to the rooms, just enough to squeeze in 2 people with luggage. Our room was very small and compact, which we didn't mind for a single night's stay. However there was no air conditioning, and in 30+ C heat, the room felt like an oven. They provided a cooler/humidifier in the room which we were compelled to use, but the noise from the machine kept us awake at night. Opening the windows was a no-no because of the noise from the street which went on until quite late (there is a bar/restaurant right below). The bathroom is also only just a glass cubicle in a corner of the room - very cramped, although the shower was decent. The beds were also soft, and generally the room felt stuffy and cramped. OK for a single night, but definitely not for much longer. We did not have breakfast at the hotel as there were cheaper and good options just a few minutes away. When we checked out, they gave us a small bottle of wine, which was a nice touch. It could be OK for a night or two, but definitely NOT in the summer when it's too hot in the room to sleep. They also insisted on us giving our phone number to have the WiFi password texted to us - not a good idea to give out phone numbers like this for obvious reasons, so we did not use the WiFi here at all. On the overall, not a wonderful experience, sad to say. "
