"호텔 자체는 매우 현대적이며 깨끗합니다. 문제는 내가 머물렀던 어느 곳에서도 에어컨이 작동하지 않았고 항상 다른 설명이 있었다는 것입니다. 다행히 밤에는 밖이 덥지 않아 창문을 열어 둘 수 있었지만, 호텔 주차장에서 파티가 열렸기 때문에 소음으로 인해 문을 닫아야 했습니다. 방에 선풍기가 있었지만 방의 기온이 섭씨 26도였기 때문에 별로 도움이 되지 않았습니다. 호텔의 비스트로는 꽤 좋았으나 바 직원은 무례했습니다. 아침 직원은 정말 친절했습니다. 나는 여기에 두 번 머물렀는데 두 번 모두 같은 경험이었습니다. 일반적으로 첫 번째 이후에는 머물지 않지만 호텔이 매우 편안하고 웰니스가 정말 좋고 객실이 훌륭하기 때문에 두 번째 기회를 제공했습니다."

"We took 3 of our kids to Siofok this time and stayed in their suite, which is more like an apartment - about 100m2 of space: a spacious anteroom with access to one of the terraces, a large living room (2 full sofas with chairs) with a small bar area, from where you can get to the separate whirlpool room that itself has an exit to the second terrace running across all main rooms. A corridor leads from the living room to a wardrobe room, a small sleeping room (2 single beds), the bathroom (large, toilet, bidet, walk in shower), and the main sleeping room. The sleeping rooms, too, have access to the terrace. The suite was very warm - clearly the hosts are not compromising on comfort. The suite was neat and clean as well - great place to stay. The facilities are fabulous, too. The spa offers one big pool, a small baby pool, a whirlpool, and a smaller pool with whirls as well. There are several saunas (plus one ice pool) too. There is a cocktail bar, and the entire area is spacious enough never to feel crowded, even if the place is "busy". Breakfast and dinner are usually included in the room rates, and both offer a large variety of dishes. The quality of the food is outstanding, and so is the taste. You would come to this place for the food alone. Their selection of wines is very good and lets you explore Hungarian wines with pleasure. Last but not least - everybody is really, really hospitable and friendly, and very family oriented: most guests have kids, and the hotel also offers some kids' activities as well. This was a dream stay, and we will come back of course."

Burger horrible - we ordered same food twice , the two plates looked different in portion and in everything. The fried meat was made not in fresh oil - you could taste it. Jump in for a drink and pizza but nothing more"

"체크인 시간 30분 전에 호텔에 도착했는데, 방이 준비되지 않았다며 오후 3시까지 기다려 달라는 요청을 받았습니다. 이는 일반적인 상황일 수 있지만, 오후 3시에 체크인했을 때 보니 방 청소가 되어 있더라도 제대로 된 청소가 아니라는 것을 알 수 있었습니다. 체크인 당시 발코니 재떨이에는 담배꽁초가 널려 있었습니다. 저희 방은 1층이었는데, 호텔 직원들이 거리에서 바로 연결되는 발코니에 와서 테이블에 앉아 담배를 피우는 모습이 목격되었습니다. 방 안에는 거미줄이 곳곳에 쳐져 있었고, 밤에는 커다란 거미 한 마리가 구석에서 기어 나와 남편과 제가 직접 잡기도 했습니다. 발코니 테이블 아래와 거리에서 발코니로 이어지는 입구의 덤불에도 거미줄이 있었는데, 아무도 청소할 생각이 없는 것 같았습니다. 둘째 날에는 방문에 청소를 요청하는 안내문이 하루 종일 붙어 있었지만, 아무도 청소를 하지 않았고 수건조차 갈아주지 않았습니다. 객실에 있는 냉장고도 작동하지 않고, 에어컨도 작동하지 않으며, TV 리모컨도 없습니다(프런트에 가서 달라고 해야 하나요?). 금고도 작동하지 않습니다. 말 그대로 아무것도 작동하지 않습니다. 웰니스 시설 때문에 이 호텔을 예약했는데, 예약할 때나 체크인할 때나 사우나 5개 중 3개가 고장 났다는 사실을 알려주지 않았습니다. 혹시 필요하신 분들을 위해 말씀드리자면, 객실에는 전기 주전자도 없습니다. 욕실에서는 샤워 후 샤워실 바닥 전체가 젖는데, 샤워 부스가 막혀 있지 않기 때문입니다. 예약했던 객실이 아닌 장애인용 객실에 배정되었습니다. 저녁 식사 메뉴도 매우 제한적입니다. 이 호텔의 유일한 장점은 프런트와 레스토랑 직원의 친절한 태도와 잘 되는 와이파이뿐입니다. 이 호텔은 4성급 호텔이 될 수 없어요. 절대로요. 방에는 슬리퍼조차 없고, 모든 게 고장 나고, 거미줄과 먼지가 사방에 널려 있어요. 직원들은 마치 자기 집처럼 발코니에 나와서 담배를 피우고, 청소도 안 해주고 수건도 갈아주지 않아요. 이런데 어떻게 4성급 호텔이 될 수 있죠?"
