처음 이네요! 무슨 사기꾼 같아요! 밤 11시 체크인 하려니 방을 팔수 없다고 합니다 ㅋㅋ이해가 안가요ㅜㅜ 이미 예약 및 지불을 다 완료했는데 방을 팔수 없다는 토마스 메니져의 말이 너무 황당했어요!이미 예약 및 결제 까지 했는데 팔수 없다는 말은 어이가ㅜ없었어요! 급하게 바로 다른 호텔을 두배 이상 가격에 예약을 하고 나니 메니져가 아닌 다른 직원이 와서 체크인 해준다고 했어요! 어이가 없었습니다! 다시 메니져를 불렀고 팔수 있는 방이 없다고 하더니 이제와서 무슨 체크인이냐 라고 따져 물으니 방이 있다고 체크인 해준다고 말을 바꾸네요! 밤 12시가 되어서 급하게 다른 호텔을 예약 했는데 다시 체크인을 해준다고 해요! 전 지금까지 상황에서 호텔 직원들의 불친절한 말투와 거짓말에 이미 화가 난 상태입니다! 단 한마디 사과도 없었고 환불도 못해준다고 더 당당하게 나왔습니다! 체크인을 하려는 손님에게 너에게 팔 방이 없다는 말 한마디가 이 모든 상황을 이해 할수 있을거라 믿어요! 최악 입니다 ! 아직 환불 못 받은 상황이지만 트립닷컴에서 빠르게 지원을 해주시고 있어요!
This is my first time! What a fraud! When I tried to check in at 11pm, they told me they couldn't sell the room. I don't understand. It was so absurd for Manager Thomas to say that I couldn't sell the room even though I had already made a reservation and payment! I had already made a reservation and paid for it, but being told that I couldn't sell it was absurd. ! After quickly making a reservation at another hotel at more than twice the price, an employee other than the manager came and said he would check me in! It was outrageous! I called the manager again and he said there were no rooms for sale, but when I asked him what kind of check-in he was doing, he changed his words and said that there was a room and that he was checking in! It was 12 o'clock at night, so I quickly made a reservation at another hotel, but they said they would let me check in again! So far, I'm already angry at the hotel staff's unfriendly tone and lies! There wasn't even a single apology and they even more confidently said they wouldn't give a refund! I believe that telling the guest who is trying to check in that you have no room to sell will help them understand this whole situation! It's the worst! I haven't received a refund yet, but Trip.com is providing quick support!
