"Location is perfect on way to sevoke, with a mountain view rooms, staff were very friendly and responsive. Rooms are toilet were clean. Top it all they served a mouth watering buffet breakfast (all veg). My stay was sort but memorable only possible because of friendly and warm hospitality shown by the staff like Mohasin and his team."

"I stayed for a night and I literally had to wait and give 3-4 reminders for simple things such as food menu, dental kit etc.. and despite of giving several reminders… the items which I requested for never arrived…. I could not even order some food in the room in the evening as I was not provided with the menu even after giving 3 reminders.. and later on after almost half an hour, the food menu arrives when it was already too late as we had decided to eat outside only… staff needs training, lots of miscommunications happening between them… staffs should know the fact that morning time is very cruicial for all the guests.. hot water, towels, dental kit all of the bathroom ammenities should be on point.. I asked for a dental kit in the morning as I had to get fresh and check out.. the information I recieved from the reception was “We do not provide dental kit in deluxe rooms” which I agreed to and also told them that I’ll pay if it is chargable. They agreed to provide me one dental kit on a chargable basis which again never arrived… Small things like these matter a lot… Very unsatisfied with the service…."

"The hotel is very comfortable and it has an excellent but dry restaurant. It is possibly the best hotel around and staff are friendly with very good English. The one issue is for anyone wanting to use it as a transit point to and from Darjeeling is the cost of a cab to the railway station is exorbitant- coming from the airport which is 3 times the distance is almost half the price!!!"

"I stayed in Autograph Inn twice over a period of 3 days for 2 nights. Location wise if you are arriving by train then get ready to pay Rs 1000 in taxi as the location is little bit far. I was disappointed in my second visit as the room i got had bedsheet full of hairs. The knob to change shower to tap was broken. Breakfast was okay."
