실랑 호텔

We booked 2nights stay for our wedding anniversary. Check in was smooth and efficient. We were escorted to our room (Safari couple) and assisted in bringing our bags. The room was clean, although it is small, it was very cozy and you'll really get to feel the glamping vibe which me and my husband liked a lot. The shower area has a bit of moulds but it was minimal. The mosquito net is a saviour though the one we had has a hole luckily not much of mosquitos during our stay. The jacuzzi is nice. When we arrived the jacuzzi was ready and warmed up so all we had to do was jump into it. They also allow using bath bombs or bubble bath which is really nice cause one would enjoy jacuzzi with that and also you can request to change the water of the jacuzzi especially if you are staying more than 1night so that everyday the water is fresh. We didn't request for housekeeping during our stay so they were quite generous on replenishing our amenities instead. Breakfast option is so so we'd say. Menu is bit pricey for us. So we mostly opted for grab food. Speaking of, we ordered Andoks via Grab for our lunch on our 1st day. We ate just outside our tent for our lunch. We didn't get to finish the food cause it was too much for us, in short we had left overs of Andoks (1 bangus + 2 quarter parts of chicken + 1 bbq stick). We covered the left over food nicely and left them on top of our table just outside our tent assuming that it is safe to leave them there since we couldn't really bring them inside our tent cause it would smell. So then we went ahead and took our afternoon nap and when we wake up and checked on our left over food to have it for dinner; we were surprised that some of it were partially taken. The 1pc bbq stick and 1 quarter of chicken were gone. My husband and I thought that maybe one of us had eaten it while one was asleep but it was not. We also thought that maybe the insects around probably poke into our food but then the food was still covered nicely when we came back for it. Somebody must have meddle into our food while we were away asleep. Tbh, it wasn't really a big deal for us cause the food wasn't really that pricey and we will be happy to share it to the needy but the thought of somebody was meddling on our belongings while we were just few steps away asleep inside our tent makes it feel odd. We hope security could be better in future. We went to swim on our 2nd day. We were at the biggest pool that morning when we were asked to leave cause they have to clean it. The staff politely asked us to leave and transfer to another pool instead, it was fine to us but we thought that it would be better if they schedule the pool cleaning not during the operating hours so that guests can really maximise the pool usage. Check out was smooth as well. We were assisted by Melissa. Have shared to her our feedback and she was apologetic about it. But overall stay was lovely. We stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding a few minutes away. Hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful. The welcome is warm, though the individual standing guard at the gate could be a little more friendly. The hotel property is spacious and has a great view of the Taal lake, with the obligatory IG fixture on their lawn. It's obvious that the staff has experience in taking photographs of people and the scenery. Parking is ample, but not shaded. So the sun does beat down on vehicles. Best to keep the windows slightly open to let out the hot cabin air out. The hotel room is well equipped. Clean and functional. Room is well appointed. The pushbutton curtain is a welcome detail. Half finished renovations have marred the view from the balcony, but if doesn't totally ruin the overall experience. Noise suppression is a problem, as you can hear echoes from the lobby quite easily. The card receptacle was either disconnected or not working, as it did not shut off the electronics when the card is removed. TV viewing is juggling with two separate remotes instead of a universal one. No compendium in the room. Bathroom is clean and equipped with amenities. The Bathtub drain mechanism though needs to be attended to. Hot water is not as much as desired, but it does serve its purpose. WIFI in the room and around the hotel are not the greatest, for casual surfing and social media postings it's ok. Breakfast was ok, with the usual fair you find at other hotel properties. Pancakes could be better. The offerings didn't feature much local specialties. It would be good if the coffee is what Batangas was famous for. Sugar substitutes also would be nice. Waitstaff seems to not have a common theme in terms of uniform. At least they were prompt and present went needed, not dragging their feet when working. Unused furniture cluttered the corners of the dining space, making the audio equipment near the open gangway painfully out of place. The pool is beautiful. Not temperature controlled, but placed well enough to be under the sun most of the time. Not much space to go sunbathing. Clean towels are provided. Even though it's not a deep pool to begin with, there is a 'lifeguard' on duty. he could be a little more cheerful and approachable. Bathers though are in full view of the dining guests. So expect to be observed by the people inside in case you have a shapely figure. Safety signs are not that obvious. The Rules and Regulations poster could do with an update. It would be nice if the room had a compilation of literature that would recommend places to go to, places to eat nearby. A local map even. The hotel needs to clean up in terms of polish.

단점 : 1. 호텔 객실과 시설은 꽤 오래되었습니다. 아마도 방의 벽지, 1 층 식당의 테이블을 교체 할 시간이 될 것입니다. 그런 것. 2. 우리는 펜트 하우스 옆에있는 가장 높은 7 층에 머물 렀습니다. 나는 펜트 하우스가 *****라고 생각합니다. 내가 여기 테이블을 위층으로 옮길 수있을 때가 있었지만 확실하지는 않지만 위층에서 소음이 들렸다. 3. 같은 방에 머물렀던 두 사람이 있었지만 하나의 키 카드 만 받았습니다. 4. 샤워의 물은 이미 뜨거운 것으로 설정되었지만 갑자기 정상적인 수온으로 전환되고 차갑고 다시 뜨겁습니다. 5. 우리 방의 큰 창문에는 안전 기능이 없으므로 완전히 넓게 열 수 있습니다. 특히 아이가있을 때 위험합니다. 장점 1. 수건은 깨끗하고 새 것처럼 보이고 시트는 깨끗합니다. 침대는 편안합니다. 2. 호텔 직원은 친절하고 친절했습니다. 3. 뷔페 식 아침 식사가 좋습니다. 파스타를 좋아하십시오. 어쩌면 그들은 장소를 확장 할 수 있습니다. 4. 좋은 위치. 접근 가능 병원과 쇼핑몰 근처에 있습니다. 5. 원활한 체크인 / 체크 아웃. 그들은 우리 방에 소지품이 남아 있는지 두 번 확인하지 않았지만. 4 일 3 박 btw에 여기에 머물렀다. 필요할 경우 다시 올 수 있습니까? 아마도.

The first time I went, it was really still brand new and the service and food was not as good, even the design of the dining area. When I came back again some months after, improvements were evident especially in the dining area (they removed all the hanging leaves there that reflected the architectural beauty of the space.) The food's way better as well. They also have a nice band that plays good music in the evening. Sadly, only us and another couple were around to witness such lovely tunes. The selection of furniture and the overall design of the space is really nice and well thought of. Perhaps what needs improvement is the knowledge of the servers about the whereabouts of the happy hour venue and what time it is and perhaps a good happy hour menu as well to keep customers coming. It will continue to be my go-to hotel in Tagaytay.

전망이 좋고 룸컨드션도 좋아요 스카이렌치 ...로빈슨몰은 도보로 2~3분이면 걸어갈수 있고 주변 한국식당, 불랄로 맛집들이 많아 먹거리 볼거리 있어 위치적으로 좋습니다 호텔가격 면에 있어 조식은 아쉬워요

내 파트너와 나는 Tagaytay의 Taal Vista Hotel에서 가장 마법 같은 생일 축하 주말을 보냈습니다. 우리가 도착한 순간부터 우리는 따뜻한 환대와 Taal Lake의 멋진 전망으로 인사를 받았습니다. 우리 방은 아늑하고 낭만적이었고 편안한 숙박에 필요한 모든 편의 시설을 갖추고 있습니다. 우리는 특히 맛있는 아침 식사와 아늑한 분위기를 제공하는 호텔 레스토랑에서 식사를 즐겼습니다. 우리 숙박의 하이라이트는 의심 할 여지없이 우리 방의 발코니에서 Taal 화산의 숨막히는 전망이었습니다. 기억에 남는 생일 축하를위한 완벽한 배경이었습니다. 전반적으로 Taal Vista Hotel에서의 경험은 잊을 수 없었습니다. 낭만적인 분위기, 멋진 전망, 훌륭한 서비스의 조합으로 진정으로 특별한 생일 축하를 선사했습니다. 우리는 이 멋진 호텔에서 돌아와서 더 많은 추억을 만들기를 기다릴 수 없습니다.
