소네스타 ES 스위트 신시내티 - 샤론빌 웨스트(Sonesta ES Suites Cincinnati - Sharonville West)

Shower did not work properly. It forcefully hit the back of the shower wall causing the bathroom to flood. Water stains in the bathroom ceiling. There were stains in the carpet. The bathroom sink only had hot water and the shower only had cold water. They stated that they offered breakfast and were frozen sandwiches.

The lights in the bathroom didn't work. The toilet didn't work. There were groups of people smoking pot outside of the rooms and so I never got to sleep until 4am. I'm generally happy with Sonesta so I think this is a function of location. I booked the wrong one. But this doesn't excuse the fact that you don't feel safe, it smells, and the hotel patrons have no courtesy. I will absolutely not be booking this hotel location again. It was a miserable experience.

The night staff was rude!! But she probably was over worked. We normally love staying here but this time the first room was clearly smoked it and you get a fine of 250 if your room smells like smoke after When I complained she said she would make an exception and move us. Our next room the hand rail was broken we had no silverware the bathroom door was broken and the kitchen chairs. I only hope we dont get charged the 250 but they make it you can not even report it without getting blamed. I tired taking pictures of stuff we found right away but after being there for a while I did not e even think it would matter. Breakfast is good you never know what you will find so if you like something take it for the next morning. I love their coffee bar though and most of the staff is nice.

Was allowed to check in early and a lot of patience and understanding once I was inside my room

The first room smelled so bad of smoke we asked for another. It smelled almost as bad in the second. The staff accomodated our request ot move but not overly friendly. The smell was just something we couldn't deal with so we checked out an hour later

This hotel exceeded my and my family’s expectations by far!!! It’s actually more like an apartment complex than a hotel and consequently had a ton of amenities we didn’t anticipate but thoroughly appreciated. Things like a dishwasher, full oven, island w/barstools, fireplace, patio, and a separate sitting area. Several members of my family jokingly remarked that they wanted to live there full time! We were in town to celebrate my birthday and this property was centrally located to everything on my birthday agenda…nail salons, restaurants, entertainment…nothing was more than 15 min away. The staff was beyond pleasant …they were friendly, helpful (suggested things to do and see in the area), and extremely accommodating. I had arrived in town about 3 hours ahead of check in. Because I had booked 3 rooms at separate times my intention was just to stop briefly at the hotel to ask if the rooms could be in close proximity to one another. To my surprise not only did they quickly move the rooms but they told me the rooms were ready and I could check in right away! We were elated to go ahead and get unloaded and unpacked before starting our adventures in the city. All of the rooms were very clean and comfortable. They were well decorated and well appointed. I felt more like I was in a home than a hotel. I really can’t say enough good things about how happy we were with our stay at this property. Going forward I will make an effort to seek out Sonesta in any city I travel to!

Clean, but needed care. Closet door broken, carpet had old stains, toilet tended to keep running, nothing deal breaking, just a little disappointing

If sleeping in a cloud of cigarette and mary jane smoke is your vibe then this is your place. Initially the staff were kind but when I requested another room change, the front desk staff made sure to tell me that I could only change twice. I was there for 3 nights and both rooms were awful with the smell. They had a "smoke eater" in the second room when we got there but it didnt help because I think the vent system picks up smoke from other rooms. I paid for a Non-Smoking room but that is not what I got. It is very dated, mostly dirty and the carpet is awful but the bones are still good. Sonesta needs to open the purse strings and give this place a really good remodel. I feel for the housekeeping staff, it seems there are families living long term there. I could speculate on other activities going on but I wont. I just know I will never stay there again. I really wish I had taken photos.

Property is disgusting. Filthy and unfit. Carpet dirty, furniture dirty, bathroom dirty. I would have had to sleep in a chair. Front desk said they would let housekeepers know in the morning. Really? What about tonight?? Unacceptable. Disgusted.
