The best hotel to stay in the hotel is nice, the specifications of the women are very nice, I met the best people in the world, the water games there are beautiful and the animation team really is very amazing and the food is very tasty and the rooms very clean

We are having the best time and Amreid especially made us feel special and amazing service ,he made sure we had drinks and our table was very clean.He is very friendly and made us feel welcome overall this experience is going amazing :)

Very good hotel very clean english very welcome lovley beach swimming with the fishes near the corral and they all pleased to see us food was good and hotel a pleasure to stay at met omar very pleasent on the entertainment staff very nice bloke highly recommended staff cant do enough for you will be back again.

The staff at this hotel make your stay extremely wonderful! I would have not enjoyed my stay if it wasn’t for this amazing group of hard workers! From Mina and Jan at front desk, to Eshak from the cleaning crew, he always used to leave me towel art and made sure every day I wasn’t missing anything. Kero at the bar pool by the beach is amazing, such a hard worker yet he always has a smile on his face, always remembered my drink and would make it as he sees me walking to the pool! Fares, Sayed and Nassef at the restaurant by the pool were incredible, always smiling and had the best service! They go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. Matta from the pool towels would always set up my towel in the exact spot he knew I liked every day! Tokka from the entertainment team was super kind and always encouraged people to join in the activities and if it wasn’t their thing he would just hang out with them for a bit and get to know the guests. The whole entertainment team was super friendly, and would never push anyone to do their activities. The rooms are nice and big, beach is wonderful as any beach in Sharm, however they’re dock to let you go in the water is actually very well done compared to other hotels in Sharm. Really like the fact that there was access to shallow water too. Food was good but very repetitive menu I found. Only negative I found was the distance of the rooms to the beach or reception depending where your room is. I was in building 18 by the beach, so to go up to the reception was tiring at times, however they do have shuttle buses every few minutes to help with that. Other thing I noticed is the higher management aren’t always very nice to the staff, the staff typically work over 12h if not more in the day and I saw instances where the GM was very mean to the staff because the owner of the hotel was coming. It felt like they were being treated like animals and not humans at times.

I stayed at Marina Sharm for 4 days, my stay in general was acceptable, however the House Keeping staff were exceptional in particular Mr. Mohamed Maher. I walked every time to a spotless room filled with the necessary toiletry and kitchen tidbits, and we were always greeted by him with the broadest smile. Thank you Marina Sharm for employing such a fabulous 👌 employer

I write this review after a week of cooling off & consideration. (I stayed at Rixos from Feb 14 to Feb 28th) And I can not praise the place strongly enough. The facilities range from exceptional to adequate, the options available for food are varied and above average to good. After a mixup by our travel agents, we arrived a day earlier than the hotel expected us, and spent several hours until the issue was resolved, made very welcome in reception even as some of our party become frustrated. If you find yourself in Egypt, count yourself lucky to stay at one, but enjoy two wonderful resorts with helpful, friendly staff. There really is no need to leave to have an exceptional holiday. I would also like to extend my thanks to the wonderful staff. From the gardeners, maintenance staff, cleaners and drivers, to the reception and service staff to the recreation staff and entertainers I had a thoroughly positive and enjoyable experience. Professional and helpful but with a sense of fun. Habibi! I will particularly praise the beach bar for welcoming and entertaining this mad Brit with his constant request for ”a surprise!” That said, I think the best of places appreciate constructive feedback. (and I hope at least some of my praise is passed on to the fabulous staff at Rixos!) * Some staff will mishear you. They are always ready to correct any error or help with any request, but as a Brit I am wildly uncomfortable correcting anybody making an honest mistake. The only time I was frustrated with this was during check out when I was brought a green tea despite trying to repeat my request for a black tea several times, I was simply asked to go and sit down and that he had heard me. He had obviously not :P * The music is not varied. While I enjoyed much of the entertainment and danced a lot... I would appreciate more variety. My musical tastes are wide, but ”nightclub music” is probably my least favourite variety, and it dominates. Rock music or retro pop (anything from the 70s right through to contemporary) would have been much appreciated, and I don't think I'm alone in that feeling, with the popularity of the Queen show, and other pop music (the dance floor filled when Bruno Mars came on!) * Afternoon tea. (and tea in general) I thoroughly enjoyed afternoon tea for the variety of snacks and the pleasant service (much love to the host who endured us most days for 2 weeks!) BUT tea served in pots was always too weak. The same amount of leaves for a pot as are offered for a single cup do not suffice! Milk is also typically forgotten (I know it is not a popular drink outside of the UK so this is NOT a harsh criticism of the staff. Simply something to note when teaching staff how to serve tea. Always offer milk with black tea! Black tea is the variety of tea, it is not the same as asking for a black coffee, which I think causes the confusion) * Cocktails vary in quality VERY widely, but the staff are wonderful fun and will happily fulfil any requests.

The experience of spending several days relaxing in the hotel was very enjoyable. Everything in the hotel was perfect, Starting from the nice rooms till the way the staff treat the guests. Special thanks to the animation team, especially Ainura, she was a very nice, friendly and helpful person. She helped us to enjoy our time there. Also special thanks to Chef Imad for listening to all the comments about the food and for his keenness to provide the best possible quality and service. I hope to visit the place again

I have stayed in quite a lot of Novotels in various countries and this one was scraping the barrel despite its ”5 star” status. I was transferring from a different 5 star hotel in Sharm El Sheikh and the difference between the two in terms of service and quality was like night and day. After check in, I queried why I had been asked to pay on arrival despite having confirmation from Accor that I had prepaid for the room. I was promptly accused by a gentleman at the front desk of presenting fraudulent confirmation which had me incredibly upset. After about 10 minutes a manager finally came out to explain that despite the confirmation email, payment had not been taken which it would have been nice to be informed of prior to my arrival at the hotel. He offered a fruit basket as a form of an apology which never appeared in our rooms. The rooms at the hotel are in desperate need of updating and have clearly not undergone a deep clean in a long time after we found rubbish under the cushions in the seating area. The hotel drinks are terrible quality and served in the smallest cups imaginable. The selection of food is really quite small and the included ”juice” served with breakfast was watered down nonsense that tasted disgusting, clearly trying to get people to pay for the premium juice. Juice was available from the bars but these conveniently did not open until breakfast was finished. The children's activities seem very badly organised and the signage was inaccurate in some places as to what was happening when. The overall quality of the food was mediocre, with a few decent though not outstanding choices. The only reason I haven't given this hotel 1 star is because the crossing attendants to help you get from the Palm side to the beach side were very nice, and the hotel does have access to an excellent snorkelling area with a wide variety of marine life and easy access without a long jetty. As a member of the Accor loyalty scheme, I was entitled to late checkout if there was availability which the hotel seemed very hesitant to honour, and made sure that we were not going to make any further use of either meals or drinks by cutting off our bands. This was once again a far cry from our experience at the other hotel we stayed at, which was far more relaxed and open considering Sharm El Sheikh often has people leaving in the evenings. All in all I would not consider staying at this hotel again even if I was offered a fee to do so, and would suggest one of the many other fine establishments in the area.

식사 : 하루 세끼, 다양한 종류가 있지만 여전히 중국인에게 좋지 않습니다 ... 그러나 이집트에서 여러 가지 올 인클루시브 호텔을 먹는 것은 중국인 입맛에 맞지 않으므로 칠리 소스를 곁들인 인스턴트 라면을 가져 오십시오 ... … 호텔에 3~4개의 레스토랑이 있습니다. 기본적으로 식당에서 매 끼니 별 차이는 없지만.. 식당에 사람이 많다. 만석인 경우가 많지만 24시간 안에 식사가 가능하고 호텔 바, 음료수 대만 음료, 아이스크림 등 모든 것이 무료입니다. 안에 있으면 너무 편해요~ 방: 방 사진을 찍는 걸 깜빡했는데 방은 여전히 아주 좋은 4-5성급 호텔 수준, 형님이 아주 깨끗하게 청소해주셨어요. 방해금지 표지판을 걸어두었지만 청소형님이 내가 매일 외출하고 돌아올 때 주의를 기울이고 방을 청소하기 위해 우리와 수다를 떨게 할 것이므로 팁으로 약간의 돈을 환전할 준비를 하십시오. 방은 매우 넓고 욕실도 아주 좋습니다. 작은 발코니를 가져오세요. 발코니 전망은 아마도 그림 5 그림 8입니다. 해변: 호텔에는 전용 해변이 있지만 호텔에는 없습니다. 로비 입구에서 차로 10분정도 이동하셔야 합니다. 해변은 크지 않고 사람들이 많습니다. 그림 7은 해변이지만 해변에 호텔에서 제공하는 무료 식탁이 있습니다. 샐러드 빵 튀김 음료 아이스크림이 있지만 Sharm el Sheikh는 수중에서 정말 맛있다고 말해야합니다! 해변에서 물속에서 스노클링까지 불과 몇 미터 거리에서 많은 살아있는 산호초, 물고기 떼, 큰 Nemo를 볼 수 있으며 Sharm에서 다이빙하면 많은 것을 볼 수 있습니다! 하지만 2월은 정말 춥습니다. 아직 3월이 지나고 있습니다. 워터파크: 이것이 이 호텔의 장점일 것입니다! 초대형 워터파크! 모든 프로젝트에는 직원이 있으며 모두 무료입니다! !! !! 이 호텔에는 워터파크의 일부가 있습니다. 요점은 바로 옆에 있는 호텔이 이 호텔과 함께 있는 단체라는 점입니다. 팔찌만 있으면 낮에도 들어가서 놀 수 있어요! 옆 호텔의 워터파크도 매우 크며, 이 호텔의 워터 프로젝트를 복제하지 않습니다. 롤러코스터보다 더 큰 워터 롤러코스터도 있습니다. 날씨가 춥기 때문에 우리는 보통 정오 이후에 놀기 시작합니다. 이 두 호텔의 워터 파크가 재생됩니다. 2일 서비스: 프론트 데스크 직원의 서비스 태도는 보통입니다. 호텔 전체가 매우 활기가 넘칩니다. 러시아인을 중심으로 많은 사람들이 있습니다. 기본적으로 호텔 직원이 먼저 러시아어를 구사합니다. 우리가 갔을 땐 중국인이 없어서 동양인 얼굴이다. 행사 분위기 그룹에 있던 동생이 놀러오라고 할 때마다...호텔 스태프도 여기 왜 왔냐고 물어볼 정도로...중국인들은 거의 모르는 곳... 직원 프론트 데스크 형제는 평균, 기타는 좋음 요약하면, 500의 가격은 그러한 올 인클루시브 호텔에 상당히 좋습니다. 워터파크는 특히 어린이 동반에 적합하며 나중에 다시 와야 합니다. 오, 씨트립! 모든 플랫폼에서 가장 저렴한 호텔입니다! 예약 및 아고다보다 저렴합니다! 그리고 고객 서비스는 항상 온라인과 같습니다! 아, 호텔은 무료 호텔 픽업을 제공하지 않습니다. 샴은 일반적으로 택시를 이용하는 데 비용이 많이 듭니다.
