'배관 결함으로 인해 하수구 냄새가 나는 첫 번째 밤 방. 두 번째 밤에는 다른 방을 얻었습니다. 1990년대에 떠날 때 호텔 인터넷이 너무 느렸습니다 🤨 근처 쇼핑몰(Pekanbaru Xchange)은 대부분의 상점이 문을 닫았으므로 권장하지 않습니다. 번화한 도로인 Ciputra Mall까지 걸어가야 합니다.'

'To be honest, with the facilities given, I felt that the hotel was pricey. Yet, the geographic location (in Sumatra) might make this hotel have less competitors. I honestly feel do not have as many options to stay like when I was in Java Island. I was mind with the design of the bathroom as there was this thick glass window separating the bedroom and the bathroom. When I was about to shower, I had to pull the white-thick vinyl curtain down. I just didn't feel that I had enough 'privacy' when I was showering as I had a roomate with me. Why did they design that way? LOL I didn't dare to glance at the glass window when my roomate was showering. I hope she did the same... The good thing about the hotel was the breakfast. The coffee was also great!'

'Everything is okay except for the aircond. Not cold at all. ask the hotel to come check for it, no action taken. only at night time after few time asking to check then the technician came over to check. yes. just check only. after that still nothing. everything is great. but because of that A/C, experience was abrupt a bit. from 10/10, goes down to 7/10. yes just because of aircond. I stay at the most expensive room. but service for that was total out. for new guest, make sure you be strict with the hotel. if no action taken within 1hr, u may consider change another room or hotel.'

'The exterior and lobby of the hotel were quite rundown, with the lobby sofas appearing old and dirty. Check-in was supposed to start at 2 pm, but we only received our room around 3:30 pm after a long wait. Although the hotel offered refreshments during this time, it was still inconvenient. On a positive note, the room itself was impressive, resembling a 5-star accommodation, although the bathroom’s cleanliness was only average, particularly the walls, which needed better attention. Breakfast was decent but not exceptional and the place was quite humid. The staff, however, provided excellent hospitality, being very polite and friendly.'
