Hours of operation are 9am-10pm.- If you are a local in the Selma/Fresno area, don’t book without first contacting me.- In order to maintain the pool water cleaned and sanitized during your stay, the pool guy might be there during your stay to service the pool. - Yard cleanup day is on Mondays. If you’re staying with us on a Monday, the gardener will be there some time between 11am-2pm to clean the front and back yard.- Trash/waste pick up is on Thursdays. Someone might be there on Wednesday evening to take the trash bins out to the curb.- There are SECURITY CAMERAS covering almost all exterior area of this property, including pool area. There is one security camera in the interior of the garage. All cameras are visible.
