베르클랜트 호텔(Hotel Bergland All Inclusive Top Quality)

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. It is clean, lovely decor and delicious food. The staff are so friendly and helpful and their attention to detail is superb. The spa and pool area are great with towels, robes and slippers provided. The food is high quality and feels fine dining. I perhaps wouldn’t recommend this hotel if travelling with young children as in my opinion it’s very adult oriented in terms of food and other guests. However we were with our nearly 10 year old and she was fine with the kids menu and internet for her iPad! Good location for ski resort. Free bus about every 30 mins and 10 min journey or about 9 euros in a taxi. The hotel can provide a voucher (to value of 8 euros each) if at the ski resort and not getting back for lunch time. Had a lovely stay and a very high quality hotel with great staff.

What a wonderful hotel, fantastic food and drink and very helpful staff. Although the all inclusive drinks stop at 10pm there is no lacking in their quality and quantity before hand. I hope readers will realise that all but one of the terrible reviews are over 10 years old and the remaining one is for the wrong hotel. The gala dinner fireworks and midnight food on New Year's Eve were wonderful.

At Hotel Bergland you are not a guest, you are part of the Bergland family and you are not served, but you are loved. It is a four star all-inclusive hotel but you get additional 2 stars for everything free. One for the restaurant that is worthy of Michelin for the food and the service. And one more, because the love for and attention to the guests comes from the hearts of the Bergland employees. It's the little things they do for the guests without asking. It's always nice to be with the other guests in hotel Bergland; every evening you can have a nice chat over dinner and at the bar. Every now and then there are guests who can't behave as guests, but that happens everywhere. I was on vacation alone, but I made friends who I will definitely meet again in Hotel Bergland some other time. Thanks to the Bergland team who made Seefeld my home during my stay.

Our first visit to Seefeld, although seasoned summer visitors to Austria. This is a lovely hotel staffed by people who really care about your experience. The attention to detail in every area is perfect. We had a double room on the fourth floor and our son was in a single room on the first floor. Both were quiet and immaculate, even though they faced the road we weren't bothered by any noise other than the occasional horse. The pool is beautiful in a lovely relax area and the spa is the best we have experienced in Austria. If we were picky we would say that a jacuzzi would be a good addition. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The breakfast had options for all tastes, the lunch had a more limited offer, but always fresh soup and bread, and dinner was at the least 5 courses. The Tyrolean night was a particular treat. Our son is a teenager and the hotel was perfect for him, I think that younger children may struggle here. Thank you so much what a wonderful week

We have just returned from the Bergland after what can only be described as fabulous! This was our second visit and we again were not disappointed. This is a true gem of a hotel! It is spotlessly clean, fantastic food but what makes this hotel truly amazing is the friendliness of the staff and the lovely casual atmosphere, You are made to feel so welcome from the moment you step in the hotel. The manager Marcus is around every day spending time with all his guests. He could not do enough for you even waving us away at the end of our trip. All of the British people sit together in the restaurant. We met a fantastic bunch of people and had a fantastic week with them all. The hotel itself is very centrally located, close to the centre of town, train station and bus station. There is absolutely nothing we could fault, we had a fabulous holiday, one of our best ever so much so we booked to return next year whilst we were there. Do not hesitate to book this if you are considering visiting Seefeld, you will not be disappointed ! A huge thank you for another lovely stay, we can’t wait to return ! See you next year,

My wife and I have just returned to the Uk after a winter break in Seefeld. This was our second stay at the Bergland and , like last year, could not have been happier with our choice. The hotel itself is centrally located , with ski buses ( and rail station) all very close. However that makes this hotel is its friendliness, great staff , cleanliness and , of course, the quality of food and interesting wines. Great pool and relax fs polities too. We used the all inclusive option which worked extremely well which could not be faulted on choice or quality. Thanks to all involved. See you next year !

What a great Hotel from the moment we arrived till the day we left. All the staff works as a team which is nice to see a nice balance throughout. Breakfast is plentiful with choice of hot and cold and on the first morning we were asked what we wanted to drink and for the next 2 weeks when they saw us arriving to breakfast it was followed by our tea and latte before we had even sat down which was a nice touch. As this was a Holiday to relax and build the wife’s strength up after being diagnosed with Breast Cancer and having an Op, Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy this was just the place to be. After breakfast we would go out for a walk for about an hour or so come back have a chill and a Hot Chocolate which is very nice by the way. Then Lunch comes at 12.30 where there is soup, rolls, bread as well as a salad buffet with a nice Weizenbier. We then went out for our 2nd walk of the day and when we return there is coffee and cake at 15.00 and must say the cakes are very moreish and restaurant quality and not supermarket buys. After the couple of walks we go for a bit of a rest before dinner at 18.30 and for the 2 weeks we were there, loved all the offerings especially Tirolean night my favorite and the Gala night but all were good and the wife is a fussy eater and never struggled. We then went for our 3rd walk of the day to walk off all that food and drink then back to hotel for drinks and chats. We came with Tui and it was an early pickup for departure 6.40am and want you there 15mins before and think this was one of the best breakfast before leaving I think we have had of anywhere we have been and it was a full offering of food and drink. So if you choose this hotel you will not be disappointed as you can do as little or as much as you want to, just a shame Tui don’t do trips for people anymore since covid but at least you have buses and the trains to get about, the hotel do give you a free guest card which give you free local travel and discounts. The team makes your breakfast, lunch and dinner experience enjoyable and must say the best we have seen in Austria. The team is made up of so many I’m not going to single out anyone as never knew all their names and they all do a cracking job. Guests also make your experience as well and thank you to David and Sam, Alan and Pauline and Michael and Diane for all our drinks and chats. So overall you will not be disappointed if you choose this hotel or Seefeld we will be back next year for a week around the same time hopefully loved the 3rd floor front room. Tony & Tracy

We stayed here for a week in June, and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. The serving staff were excellent, facilities very clean, food excellent and plentiful! The location is ideal, as very close to train station and numerous hikes on your doorstep! There is free bus and train travel in the Seefeld area so there’s plenty to do and see. Sauna, Steam Room and plunge pool perfect for relaxing your muscles after a long hike! 5* we will be back!

What an absolute gem . Friendly and extremely helpful staff nothing was too much trouble for them . We stayed in a large twin room that was cleaned everyday. The bed was very comfortable and extremely large. The food is fabulous and you are presented with different options for every meal . Just to address the extremely negative comments made in a review a few weeks ago …. Are you sure you have posted them on the correct page ? None of your comments seem valid.
