Booked for three nights and am currently still at the hotel , the experience has been bad . First room we checked into was dirty, no drinking water , no robes , no baby cot as requested. I had to speak with reception staff 5+ times in order to get changed to another room. Happy with the room we were changed too. No milk alternatives at the breakfast buffet , we have been travelling around Oman and every hotel we have stayed at has had Soya milk, but it was not available here. No vegan options available at breakfast. Staff tried to give my 1 year old baby pancakes , I tried to explain no thank you, he cannot eat that due to being dairy free, yet the staff member did not understand and kept offering it. It’s absolutely unacceptable to offer a baby food without a parent saying it’s ok. Would not recommend staying here.

It has a small lobby and restaurant but our room is spacious with nice decoration in blue. I enjoy studying in lobby even though it isn’t large. It is very clean quiet place to rest. The pool is fantastic to enjoy swimming with interesting view on fifth floor. I haven’t tried gym yet but I would like to go tomorrow. I like the cozy atmosphere. There isn’t many facilities or good resturants around but you can take a taxi with almost 1.5 oman currency to get Al moje that you find many.

Hotel veramente di livello , hall immensa e d'effetto. Staff competente e gentilissimo. Piscina stupenda con vista Muscat in lontananza. Sala colazione e colazione a buffet varia e fornitissima Pulizia estrema di ogni angolo. Parcheggio immenso gratuito e fronte struttura. Si raggiunge il Suk e la spiaggia con una breve guidatina di 15 minuti. Vi abbiamo soggiornato di rientro da Nizwa per esplorare una nuova città prima di rientrare a Muscat dove abbiamo soggiornato l'ultima notte.

It's an absolute pleasure to review Remas Hotel Suites as a positive experience. From the first enquiry, to the end of our stay there was nothing to fault. The initial queries regarding the property were quickly and efficiently handled by the front office staff; giving some confidence that if booked we would not be disappointed. I would rate Jose, Lindo & all front office as 'A' grade personnel, who, from arrival ensured we had a complimentary early check-in from an overnight flight, similarly we were afforded a complimentary late check out to meet our airport departure. There is so much to commend about this accommodation; despite not being in central Muscat it has a nearby supermarket should you require anything, although there is very little anyone would require from outside, as the facilities and service are excellent. The food service again was very very good(excellent really). We had breakfast served in the on-site restaurant. We ate in the restaurant on occasion for dinner, and used room service on many occasions. Farhan & Prakash ensured we were looked after very well, with high quality food in both presentation and taste; the portions are large, and delicious. Compliments to the chef! Our room was big, having two bathrooms, two tv's, a seperate kitchen area, a dining table, a couch in a comfortable seating area, also a large comfortable bed. Despite being close to a major road the room was peaceful, and quiet; we slept well. Although I didn't use it, there is an exercise centre that I'm sure would meet ones needs. The swimming pool is divided into two large, one deep, and one not so, circular shapes with umbrellas and lounges, this is open until late in the evening; the only thing I would recommend here is a partial shade sail could be of benefit. Jose from the front office arranged a chauffeur, Mahommad, to ensure our stay was positive from our arrival; later we utilised a hire car for more extensive travel. There is plenty of on-site parking that is secure with a 24 hour monitored front office presence. We loved our stay, only wishing it could have been longer. Loz
