With tall ceiling and big windows, the studio is bright, cozy and spacious and lives like a suite. Our guests rave about: - Home is equipped with high-end West Elm furniture - The bed is outfitted with high-quality mattress, linens and a comfortable duvet - Kitchenette is equipped with fridge, microwave, electric hot plate, dishwasher, cookware, utensils for dinner, basic condiments - Keurig coffee machine with coffee pods & tea bags - Stainless steel top bar table can be easily converted to a dinning table - Please note that the studio does not have an AC, but it stays cool during hot summer. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. . • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation. **Additional Info About the Home** • This home joins a studio unit next door that is also being rented. All access are separate and experience will not be interfered in any way. • This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout. • Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. The parking on our side of the street is free and there is no time limit, and the parking across the street is free but limited to two hours. Do note that this is a densely populated area so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. **About Fees & Pricing** • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing. • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. Please select the pet fee as an “add-on” option at the point of check out. **House Rules** • This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels.
