"Wasdale hall is an absolutely excellent YHA , I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. It’s situated in the most beautiful part of the Lake District and provides a wonderful base in which to walk the Wainwright’s . The hall is one of the cleanest YHA’s I’ve stayed in and the staff are so helpful and friendly."

"Newly renovated room, clean and comfortable with good Wi-Fi and a decent bathroom. Bed was fine and having a bar and restaurant downstairs was really handy. Plenty of free parking too. Just be prepared for a long drive in on very narrow roads — once you’re there, though, it’s a solid spot."

"I've stayed here twice now in the last couple of weeks and love it here. Stayed in 2 different rooms and found both of them perfect, beds are so comfortable. We had drinks down in the bar on the comfy sofas by the fire while watching the rugby perfect on these cold days. After looking at the menu we decided to order. The food was absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend and i will be definitely be returning....in fact i've booked for the chefs night 6th March, can't wait"

"훌륭한 숙박. 주인은 우리를 위해 충분히 할 수 없었습니다. 소유자(Angela와 Paul)는 우리가 머물렀던 날 중 하나 동안 Ravenglass와 Eskdale Railway를 추천했습니다. 롯지에서 그리 멀지 않습니다. 훌륭한 증기 기관차 경험! 또한 롯지에서 차로 가까운 거리에 있는 Scafell Pike를 올라갔습니다. 확실히 돌아올 것입니다."

"West Lake Listrict 해안에 머물기에 얼마나 사랑스럽고 친절한 곳입니까? 우리는 방 2에서 아일랜드 바다의 아름다운 전망을 보았습니다. 방은 넓고 깨끗했고 좋은 샤워 시설과 사랑스러운 푹신한 수건이 있었습니다. 호텔은 깨끗하고 직원들은 항상 도울 준비가 되어 있었습니다. 특히 사랑스러운 Lisa. 우리는 도착했을 때 매우 신선하고 맛있는 레스토랑에서 먹었습니다. 우리는 arrabbiata를 먹었고 carbonara는 맛있었습니다. Bailey Ground 호텔은 아름다운 풍경과 함께 머물기에 아주 좋은 곳이었고 우리는 확실히 다시 머물 것입니다. 우리를 주셔서 감사합니다."

"We wanted a a nice getaway for our anniversary without travelling too far and this seemed to fit the bill. Check in was quick & easy, despite the young chap being kept v busy with bar duties. The weather was incredible, so the amazing beer garden (must be one of the best in the area?) was busy & buzzing with people enjoying sun, drinks and afternoon tapas. Our room was in the hall and full of character, but still had all expected amenities. Be aware some rooms in the hall are accessed by a steep staircase which may not suit everyone! No complaints wirh breakfast - freshly cooked and not greasy in the least. The best thing about the stay was the staff, who without exception, were amazing. A good base for exploring the local lakes/fells, or if you are visiting on business. Would certainly stay again."
