'기대 이상으로 훌륭했던 경험입니다. 숙소는 깨끗했고, 서비스는 흠잡을 데 없었으며, 특히 이리나 씨를 포함한 모든 리셉션 직원이 매우 친절했습니다. 객실에는 전자레인지, 캡슐 커피 머신과 캡슐, 식기류, 접시, 냉장고 등이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 위치는 시내 중심가에 있어 좋았습니다. 숙소는 난방이 아주 잘 되었고, Vision 덕분에 Civitatis 앱을 통해 다양한 투어를 즐길 수 있었습니다. 정말 다시 방문하고 싶은 곳입니다.'

'이 호텔은 5성급 호텔이라고 광고하지만, 가격만큼의 가치를 하지 못합니다. 모든 시설이 매우 낡았고 개보수가 시급합니다. 객실에 있는 헤어드라이어가 작동하지 않았습니다. 여러 번 항의했지만 아무런 응답이 없었고, 결국 프런트 데스크에 직접 가서 해결을 요청해야 했습니다. 사과 한마디도 없었습니다. 객실 청소 상태도 매우 불량했습니다. (조식 불포함 2박에 400유로라는) 비싼 가격을 생각하면 매우 실망스러웠습니다.'

'In a perfect location walkable to Metro station , staff are super friendly. Breakfast are all same everyday but tasty. One thing that can be better is the unstable water pressure. I’m lucky to occupy a parking it seems vacancy for car park is so limited.'

'훌륭한 위치 - 대부분의 주요 사이트에서 도보 거리 10-15 분 이내. 다른 사이트를 방문하기 위해 도보로 약 4 분 거리에 지하철역도 있습니다. 대부분의 투어의 만남의 장소까지 도보로 4 분이 소요됩니다. 호텔 방 - 더블 침대는 실제로 더블 침대였습니다! :) 싱글이 두 개는 아닙니다. 일회용 슬리퍼, 샤워 젤, 별도의 샴푸 및 컨디셔너, 핸드 젤, 바디 크림, 페이스 타월과 같은 좋은 편의 시설이 제공됩니다. 놀랍게도 힐튼 이름을 감안할 때 목욕 가운은 제공되지 않았지만 여전히 좋은 호텔 방 전반적으로. 청결 - 일반적으로 깨끗하지만 내가 도착했을 때 수건 몇 개에 다른 사람들의 머리카락이 있었기 때문에 별 1개를 두었습니다. 그러나 방 청소 중에 깨끗한 것으로 교체되었습니다. 직원 - 좋은 수준의 영어 구사와 이해. 대부분의 직원들은 친절했습니다. 그들은 조용한 방에 대한 나의 요청을 수용 할 수있었습니다. 전반적으로 편리한 위치에이 호텔을 추천합니다.'

'호텔 위치는 정말 편리해서 바로 앞에서 쇼핑도 하고 관광도 즐길 수 있어요! 주변에 식당도 많고요! 시설은 훌륭했지만, 온수 수건 데우는 히터가 작동하지 않았어요! 또 다른 단점은 호텔이 길 한가운데에 있어서 엄청 시끄럽다는 거예요! 지나가는 차 소리와 아래층에서 커피 마시는 젊은이들의 시끄러운 웃음소리가 정말 거슬렸어요! 환기를 위해 창문을 열 수도 없고, 창문을 닫아놓고 자야만 했어요!'

'Stayed for 3 nights in early September 2025. The hotel is located near the old town which is very convenient for sightseeing, as most of the places are within walking distance. It is refurbished from an old bank and retains the charm of the former building including a nice lobby which was previously the banking hall. They also have a vault with a bar within. The room was comfortable and had all the basic amenities including a safebox. They have USB charger built in as well. Wifi was fast. The hotel also does have a swimming pool in the basement with wet and dry sauna facilities. The old town is right behind the hotel. Staff were professional and I managed to have slightly early check in thanks to a trainee lady (I did not catch the name) who took time to helped look for available room.'

Excellent hotel with excellent location, but very noisy, the hall is always full of people, at night they scream in the hall and do not sleep, the TV did not work in the room; We expected a little more from a 5-star hotel.'

'Grand Hotel Continental Bucuresti Review Having recently stayed at the Grand Hotel Continental in Bucharest, I can confidently say this establishment lives up to its grand name. The hotel exudes classic elegance, and the service was nothing short of exceptional. Special mention must go to Daniel, the bell boy, whose dedication to guest satisfaction went well beyond his duties, setting a remarkable standard for hospitality. The hotel's layout is thoughtfully designed, making navigation effortless for guests coming and going throughout their stay. Its pristine cleanliness and classical architecture create an atmosphere of refined luxury that perfectly complements its historical surroundings. Location-wise, the Grand Hotel Continental could not be better positioned. Stepping out of the main entrance, guests find themselves directly on Bucharest's main thoroughfare, with an abundance of restaurants, shops and cultural attractions within easy walking distance. The city's finest museums are mere minutes away, making it an ideal base for both leisure and business travellers. Whilst the breakfast was available, we found it rather expensive for what was offered. However, this was not an issue as we discovered a charming café directly across from the hotel that provided excellent morning fare at more reasonable prices. The rooms maintain the classical elegance found throughout the property, with comfortable furnishings and all modern amenities one would expect from a hotel of this calibre. The attention to detail in both the public spaces and private rooms reflects the hotel's commitment to maintaining its historic charm whilst providing contemporary comfort. In conclusion, the Grand Hotel Continental Bucuresti offers a superb hotel experience in the heart of Romania's capital. Despite the breakfast pricing, which is easily remedied by numerous nearby alternatives, the hotel's outstanding service, perfect location and classical charm make it a splendid choice for anyone visiting Bucharest. A truly commendable establishment that I would heartily recommend to fellow travellers.'
