'이 호텔은 5성급 호텔이라고 광고하지만, 가격만큼의 가치를 하지 못합니다. 모든 시설이 매우 낡았고 개보수가 시급합니다. 객실에 있는 헤어드라이어가 작동하지 않았습니다. 여러 번 항의했지만 아무런 응답이 없었고, 결국 프런트 데스크에 직접 가서 해결을 요청해야 했습니다. 사과 한마디도 없었습니다. 객실 청소 상태도 매우 불량했습니다. (조식 불포함 2박에 400유로라는) 비싼 가격을 생각하면 매우 실망스러웠습니다.'

The hotel exudes classic elegance, and the service was nothing short of exceptional. Special mention must go to Daniel, the bell boy, whose dedication to guest satisfaction went well beyond his duties, setting a remarkable standard for hospitality. The hotel's layout is thoughtfully designed, making navigation effortless for guests coming and going throughout their stay. Its pristine cleanliness and classical architecture create an atmosphere of refined luxury that perfectly complements its historical surroundings. Location-wise, the Grand Hotel Continental could not be better positioned. Stepping out of the main entrance, guests find themselves directly on Bucharest's main thoroughfare, with an abundance of restaurants, shops and cultural attractions within easy walking distance. The city's finest museums are mere minutes away, making it an ideal base for both leisure and business travellers. Whilst the breakfast was available, we found it rather expensive for what was offered. However, this was not an issue as we discovered a charming café directly across from the hotel that provided excellent morning fare at more reasonable prices. The rooms maintain the classical elegance found throughout the property, with comfortable furnishings and all modern amenities one would expect from a hotel of this calibre. The attention to detail in both the public spaces and private rooms reflects the hotel's commitment to maintaining its historic charm whilst providing contemporary comfort. In conclusion, the Grand Hotel Continental Bucuresti offers a superb hotel experience in the heart of Romania's capital. Despite the breakfast pricing, which is easily remedied by numerous nearby alternatives, the hotel's outstanding service, perfect location and classical charm make it a splendid choice for anyone visiting Bucharest. A truly commendable establishment that I would heartily recommend to fellow travellers.'
