본머스 뷰 호텔

'I was originally allocated a signature family room on the second, room 213 but when I entered the room the beds were unmade and there were lots of dirty towels in the bathtub, this was at 16:30 and all the chambermaids had gone home ! I immediately informed the hotel staff and was allocated a smaller double room on the third floor, room 308, which had a great sea view, but was very hot and the water pressure in the bathtub and the shower was next to nothing, as it driped out slowly ! Not to mention the loud banging doors ! I had to keep the fan on all the time otherwise I could of fainted ! Be careful when booking with this hotel, but still good value for money !'

'Had a lovely stay at Hilton Bournemouth. The hotel, spa and room were really nice. The only downside was the service at breakfast. It took 75 mins for them to prepare an omelette and even that was the wrong order.'

'Great location, first room was clean but very dated with no window. Moved to another room but not the greatest standard with spilled drink still all over the table. Wouldn’t use again.'

'Great location and service…so lovely to see this hotel continuously grow, and offer more as the years go by.  The staff are so helpful and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. My only gripe would be the food menus at both the restaurant and bar area. It’s rather limited and it would have been nice to see a more expanded range of light bite meals for lunch. Lack of sunbeds was also a little disappointing too.'

'Overall it's a great location and the facilities are really good, particularly the indoor pool and the gym,. The room was in serious need of a refurb (there were holes in the walls) and cramped (family room for 4) but we slept well in the beds. Not having a shaver plug in the bathroom also didn't help. We pre-paid for breakfast and found it a bit lacking. Although there was quite a bit of variety (coffee, tea, cereals, toast, bread and pastries, english breakfast items like beans, scrambled eggs, black pudding, sausage, etc.) the quality could be quite a bit better with a bit more attention/care. For example, the scrambled eggs were quite dry and tasted almost like plastic, while the black pudding was really dry. I think this could be resolved either by having rotation of the food so it's not sitting in the heaters too long, e.g. breakfast starts at 6h30 and we always went around 8h30, meaning the food there was sitting for nearly 2 hours.'

'Amazing! Affordable and clean! We had no problem at all! Everything was provided! Room and bathroom clean, duvet pillow towels extra provided! Breakfast is ready at 7am and had a whole lot of variety! Barely at 2min walking distance from the beach!'

'아침 식사가 괜찮았고, 주차장도 있어서 아이들을 위해 간이 침대를 추가할 수 있었습니다. 호텔은 고객들에게 정말 세심하고 친절했어요. 1월 17일 런던 히스로 공항에서 늦게 호텔에 도착했는데, 안경 쓴 프런트 직원이 정말 친절하게 맞아주었고, 짐도 방까지 옮겨주었습니다. 저희는 댄스스포츠 대회에 참가하러 왔는데, 원래 4일 예약했지만 선생님의 요청으로 하루 일찍 오게 되어 하루를 더 추가했습니다. 하루를 지낸 후 방 문제로 4일 동안 방을 옮겨야 했는데, 짐이 많아서 번거로웠습니다. 그런데 여성 매니저님이 정말 세심하게 배려해주셔서 옆방으로 옮겨주셔서 매우 편리했습니다. 저희는 트윈룸을 예약했는데 새 방은 싱글 침대와 더블 침대가 있는 방이라 저희 편의를 위해 침대 하나를 더 추가해주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 그리고 며칠 뒤에는 편안하게 지내는지 안부도 물어봐 주셔서 정말 친절하고 세심한 서비스에 감동했습니다. 다음번에 UK OPEN 대회에 참가하게 되면 이 호텔에 다시 묵고 싶습니다!'
