St Brides Spa Hotel & Village Apartments

We stayed here for 3 nights in a room with a sea view - the view was amazing and so was the room . We also had complimentary spa visits included which was great - so relaxing and worth doing . Our only moan was the breakfast - the full english is ordered when you sit down - you would expect it to be hot and cooked properly however this wasn’t the case . The first day the breakfast was warm and acceptable but the second day the hash browns were hard and cold - the sausage was cold and tasted funny along with the bacon. The third day we didn’t bother with the full english breakfast However overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place

I have returned home from a one night stay at st brides on 22.6.24. Both myself and my partner stayed here to celebrate his 30th birthday. My honest opinion is that this hotel & spa is overrated by far. I’m not sure if it was just bad timing but the reception staff were very grumpy, basically made you feel like you were a nuisance staying at the hotel, not welcoming at all. The spa staff were even worse!! We were given a “tour” of the spa by a young member of staff who literally walked us down the stairs and stood there in silence staring at us, I then asked “soooo this is the spa isit?” To which she replied “yes” and just stared at me until I walked off, taking a look myself. One of the steam rooms were not in use (I was not told until I saw the sign on the steam room door). The tea and coffee was so poor! One hot water urn, one hot coffee urn, a massive fridge completely empty with a jug of milk inside, there were around 10 baskets underneath, all were empty? It was unreal how poor it was. We both left the spa early and sat in the bar to have a decent drink instead!! Our room was right by the kitchen so a constant smell of fish would circulate, no air conditioning, so very hot during the night. We discussed upgrading but it would have cost an additional £205! We cancelled our dinner reservations and went down to a restaurant by the beach, which was the best part of our stay. Breakfast was okay too. I would never recommend this hotel or stay here again.

Booked an appartment for one overnight recently to experience the spa Having been to the spa and hotel many times over the years it was just as lovely as I recalled The staff made us feel very welcome and all had a great approach The spa infinity pool is very special Luckily our session gave us enough time in the facilities without feeling it was overcrowded as the pool is small I felt the benefit of the heat rooms followed by the crushed ice on a tennis elbow problem that was wonderful bonus I wasn't expecting It was disappointing to discover the first relaxation room is only available post treatment but I can understand the reasoning The view from that room is fantastic We were short on time so opted for a Gallery lunch My smoked salmon was served and presented perfectly and though the wine is a little expensive it deserved a glass Once again thankyou to all the staff we met and those we missed this time Sure we will return soon especially with thus winter weather closing in

Room really clean. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were very polite and accommodating of my vegan needs. Gorgeous views overlooking the sea. The spa experience was good especially the availability of the ice fountain and cold showers. Had a three course vegan meal which was delicious and there was plenty of options for breakfast. Would recommend

Kranti served us in the restaurant and was a wonderful waiter, alongside all the other friendly staff. Great vegan options, the food was delicious and a lovely atmosphere. Our third time visiting - and it won’t be our last. Such a lovely place to get away and relax.

Absolutely amazing spa experience for all 3 of us - massage, facial and body scrub. Location is fantastic. Thank you Jane , Alison, Beth and Elleesha. Can highly recommend. The hydro area is perfect, overlooking Saundersfoot Bay. We will definitely be back
