자르딤 다 메이아 프라이아 호텔(Jardim da Meia Praia Resort)

This is an excellent resort - almost faultless, except for where it’s located. You definitely need a car to be able to enjoy the area. We were in a 3 bedroom house near reception and to get to the beach is a big loopy walk which would have take 25/30 mins in total. Way too hot for that. As a group of 5 we used Bolt to go to dinner in Lagos every evening. Cost ~€7 each way. Resort facilities are good. Pool, Table football, tennis/football court, boules, small playground, pool table, fussball. Only thing missing is a table tennis table. Small bar serving cocktails and snacks also was good. Kitchen was closed the week we were there so couldn’t eat in the resort any night. We were also given complimentary breakfasts every morning, which was a real bonus. Don’t know why! Overall, a really nice experience and if you are visiting Lagos I’d recommend this resort.

We have just stayed here as a group of 10, we had 2 of the Town houses which were in the Lagos area. Houses were immaculate and had everything you could need. Beach towels provided, miniature shampoo/conditioner/shower gels, fully equipped kitchen, aircon in all rooms. Cleaners came in twice during our week stay. All of the grounds were extremely well kept, very clean and tidy. Pool and bar area were excellent. Pool clean and had a lifeguard. Bar was great, happy hour 4.30pm to 6.30pm, did cocktails of the day etc, bar not a huge area but wasn’t a problem, food was brilliant for such a small snack bar, spaghetti & meatballs, noodles, chicken wings, omelette etc. We didn’t try the all you can eat breakfast but looked good. Food only served between certain times, and bar is closed on Monday’s. Bar staff very good. We didn’t hire a car but used Uber’s instead, lots of quick availability. You can’t walk to many places - we did walk to the beach but it was very hot. We ate in the evening in Lagos, loads of places, can usually walk straight into restaurants but as we’re were a group of 10 we booked to avoid disappointment. Lots of ice cream and crepe places for dessert. We jet ski’d, did a boat ride to the caves and went to the Slide and Splash water park which was a brilliant day out. We would definitely go back!

Beautiful lagos Really nice but you need a car. Place is immaculate. Staff are lovely Spacious houses and good value very nice pool area will definitely return. We were with kids. 8/6/4. Slide and splash is well worth a visit Located a few km from Lagos so a car is advised

We stayed for 3 nights, 4 adults in total - October 2021 - and loved every minute. A really beautiful resort, fantastic landscaping, pool area stunning, just lovely. Great location on the eastern edge of Lagos, a few minutes from the massive beach. We were upgraded for free from a two-bed flat to a 3-bed villa, with a nice patio. Excellent decor and everything you could need inside. Very well appointed. And INCREDIBLE value for money - we will be back!

Nice resort with a lot of green, Palmtrees, nice pool with restaurant/bar, tennis court and children playground all in a very friendly a**osphere. Juliana the host is very helpful in anything, responding very quickly. Resort is very close to the beautiful Meia Praia & beach clubs (Duna Beach, Gaivota Branca) and to the harbor where you can park - from the harbor you can easily walk into old town Lagos

This accomodation is far from being a 4*! More like a tired 2-3*. The place is managed by an unprofessional grumpy lady (Carla), who will LIE about everything. We've left one day earlier, prefered to loose 118 euro than to continue feeling frustrated in that place! There are proper 4* hotels in Algarve, selling what they offer! We've got fooled by the big surface of gardens (on which the maintence can get very noisy almost daily). They have also started very noisy works on the fountain, which could have been done before the season. You have to pay everything in advance and also they charge 250 euro for deposit. We didnt understand what the deposit was for, there was nothing valuable in the apar**ent, just cheap furniture, bed sheets with blood marks (we asked to be replaced), very old and dirty orange couches (grey visible shades of too much use and filth). The BBQ had lots of rust so there was of no use. They will also try to charge you 2,5 /day for the security box and some for the beach towel. They dont clean daily, not even taking the garbage! They've told us the breakfast was 'buffet breakfast', but no chance of that. There were no customers so of course no buffet, although was already after 20 th June . There were only one or two couples as guests for the entire stay , and about 3-4 more couples of owners, getting bored around the pool. The first day they've forgot they had customers (something unusual for them ! LOL) and we've found the restaurant closed ( no breakfast). The've lied that the cook was sick and in hospital, but guess what? next day he showed up in perfect condition! They falsely advertise that the pool was heated, in fact was cold (maybe 20-21 celsius, as normally should be at the time of the year, with sun on and off. The heating system wasnt turned on and no warm coming in. The temperature display was working only for the air, and not for the pool! If asked, they will show you a book they keep in the reception, registering the temperature 28 Celsius (LOL), measured with a cheap termometer at the surface of the water in the sun. The place left us with a really bad taste! We've regreted for not booking 1-2 days first... The good thing was leaving the place earlier!

Fabuloso alojamiento. Una casa con todo tipo de comodidades y todo lo necesario para estar a gusto. El personal muy amable. Todo muy limpio. Muy tranquilo y acogedor. Lo aconsejo totalmente. Volvería a repetir sin dudarlo

L'hôtel en pleine saison doit être super ! Nous venons de séjourner du 05/03/23 au 16/03/23 et malheureusement le restaurant était fermé ainsi que les aires de jeu pour les enfants... La piscine n'est pas chauffée. Aussi non le domaine est magnifique les places de parking sont correct. Attention si vous aimer dormir la fenêtre ouverte ... Le chant des grenouilles toute la nuit peut vous rendre fou ;)

Estancia muy agradable. Apartamento espacioso. A 15 minutos andando de la playa. El trato impecable. Un puntazo que incluyera el desayuno. El camarero del bar muy simpático. Limpian cada dos días. Recomiendo 100%
