Absolutely fantastic stay! 10/10 would recommend. The jacuzzi (which everyone has access to) has a fantastic view.

My wife and I spent four days at the WHITE to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and had an excellent experience and will return! The property is beautiful and very well maintained with a wonderful, friendly, and accommodating staff. The food was top notch with a nice selection of local flavors. The small and quiet property is the perfect way to enjoy the Azores! Special thanks to Sandra, Jaoa and the entire staff!

My husband and I just returned from 5 days at White for our 5 year anniversary. The people who work here are kind and attentive, without being overbearing. The massage was the best massage I’ve ever had overlooking the ocean. Rooms were spotless and beds were very comfortable. The included breakfast was incredible- eggs benadict, açaí bowls, omelettes… and always fresh juice. I’m typically not a pool go-er but we used the beautiful pool every day. It is such a special and peaceful place. Location is central to everything for exploring the island. I have no negatives about our experience, other than the fact that we had to leave.

In spite of its unfortunate name, this boutique hotel is lovely. The location is terrific, the rooms spacious, clean and comfortable, and the view gorgeous. Good food and exceptionally nice staff. They give you an IPhone to help navigate the island, and staff are always available by phone to help with anything needed. Our only complaint was the lighting in the rooms is not good. Extremely dark, which is particularly challenging in the bathroom. Otherwise, a wonderful adult-oriented hotel that we highly recommend!

Small boutique hotel with only 9 rooms. Very large nicely decorated rooms. Large soft beds. Excellent breakfast. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Location is perfect to explore the island. The suites on the ground floor have windows with mirror coating, making them rather dark. Next time i would opt for the ocean suites.

Staff and the hotel were great. However being an adult only property, we were woken up by a baby and had to have breakfast with a family was not the quiet morning I was looking forward to. The staff explained its because the sister property was closed. This felt like their upgrade was my downgrade for what I paid for.

A delightful hotel with wonderful staff, rooms, food, and incredible views. The magical sounds of the ocean crashing into the shore were the perfect lullaby. Sao Miguel is amazing and the people of the island are lovely. We came tired but left relaxed and energized. The entire staff at White Hotel was super friendly, welcoming, and made our stay memorable. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

From start to finish we loved our stay at the White Exclusive Villas. Sara welcomed us excellently, we felt immediately relaxed yet amongst nature. The breakfast was outstanding, we also had an evening meal there and we loved the food. When we come back to the Azores, we will stay here.

We spent 4 nights at the White Exclusive in Feb 2024 for our anniversary. We had booked a Junior Suite but was surprised with an upgrade to an Ocean suite for our stay… the view from the roomWas STUNNING! And if you like a quiet place this is it, only 10 suites in total and while we were there only 8 other people staying there! It was like having our own private location! The service was fantastic from helping coordinate taxis, meals, use of the jacuzzi. Everything! Even offered us a box breakfast since we had a tour leaving at 8am which is when the restaurant opens. Speaking of the restaurant…. The food was simply amazing! A few things to know, let them know if you’re arriving early (like the overnight flight from Boston) as the hotel staff doesn’t start until 8am but can make accommodations for you if they know you’re coming! The hotel is in Lagoa , about 15 min taxi from Ponta Delgada, there are a few restaurants you can walk to but it is limited. Be sure to have cash for taxis, not all take credit card. Highly recommend this hotel for a secluded quiet and beautiful stay!
