Unlike the reviews, my experience was utter chaos, teaching me not to rely solely on a small number of reviews when considering booking a newly listed accommodation. I feel compelled to share my accurate experience to prevent others from having a dreadful experience. The reservation team showed complete irresponsibility, providing unreasonable excuses and failing to provide solutions for numerous problems: 1) Terrible or no internet speed (0.93 Mbps, far below the expected standard of 100) 2) No response to messages before the arrival 3) Disruptive construction drilling noise that woke me up early in the morning and was ongoing for hours 4) Poor soundproofing that prevented me from sleeping at night 5) A squeaky bed and stains on the pillowcase 6) Shower head that did not work properly; the entire bathroom floor was wet because there was no shower curtain, so your feet got soaking wet every time you entered; no bathroom door handle and the hot water stopped unexpectedly 7) All the food I purchased was frozen the next day in the fridge, and the management team blamed the previous guests, when it should have been checked or communicated to the next guest prior to the check-in This was undeniably one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had. It not only failed to meet basic accommodation standards but also demonstrated a profound level of irresponsibility and disregard for service quality.
