Absolutely beautiful views. The owner is lovely and provided us with a bottle of wine for our honeymoon. was greatly appreciated. The staff are nice but have limited English so best to wait for the owner. Breakfast was amazing, only sad part is our last day we left early so did not get any food.

The view is spectacular, the room was clean, nice people at reception, pretty good breakfast, quiet (but we went in November, low season, so difficult to say for sure), walkable distance from downtown Fira. The only negative is the mattress in the room which was horrible.

The position of the hotel is ideal, on the edge of the caldera but still there are not many stairs to go down, a few hundred meters from restaurants and a supermarket and with a very large parking lot nearby, and Fira is only a 15-minute leisurely walk away. The staff was very kind, the ladies who provided cleaning and breakfast always with a smile on their face and a warm greeting. The room is spacious enough, with a large bathroom, with good shower pressure and very fast water flow, smart TV, wardrobe, silent refrigerator and coffee maker. Since it was off-season, I did not use the air conditioning. The wifi signal was very good. The rich breakfast, even if it was the same every day, gave us the necessary energy to start the day, being served on the terrace in front of the room with an unforgettable view. We recommend this accommodation location and we would always return there!

Our second visit to Sunset Hotel. We stayed in a deluxe double which had a jacuzzi bath with shower over. The room was kept spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a superb weeks stay. The view from the outside terrace is spectacular and sunsets amazing! The breakfast was served on the terrace in good weather. Lovely to enjoy with the views. Really nice continental breakfast. Great location in Firostefani and easy to access all surrounding areas and restaurants. Thanks to Nek for a superb stay again and to all the staff who were so friendly and helpful. We hope to return again at some time soon!!

Very clean, comfortable, cliff-side boutique hotel, local family-owned with a spectacular caldera view of the daily sunsets from the communal hot-tub or comfortable sofas on the terrace. Easily accessible from the nearby (150m) public parking and with only a dozen steps down to hotel level. Continental breakfast available and a short walk to many excellent dining options in Firostefani and Fira. Good, fast complementary wifi connection throughout. Airport transfer available upon request for an extra charge.

Amazing breakfast, best sunset, lovely hospitality! Felt like we were in heaven. The jacuzzi was lovely! We had an amazing honeymoon and birthday celebration here. Nek advised us of some dinner / lunch spots and we loved them! He was very helpful and lovely!

Amazing location to catch the sunset in Santorini. Loved it. Will definitely come back.

Our very first experience in Santorini, Greece was made even better by the great staff & gorgeous views of the Aegean Sea from our hotel balcony. It was a stunning location & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

First the good things - 1) Wonderful housekeeping staff , very polite and accommodating. If it wasn’t for them I would have rated this place a 2 2) great views from patio . Phenomenal 3) Clean for the most part (read the negatives below) Bad stuff 1) they told us toilet paper doesn’t work for our plumbing so clean and throw in the small trash can . This sounded filthy to us so we used water but there was no setup for that so we did bottles and filled from tub . Just crazy 2) leaky sink see pic 3) plumbing thst leaked 4) useless lights from devices inside the room , could easily be covered up 5) no bar , no restaurant and no music to make a pleasurable experience sitting on patio 6) useless front office staff . Never picked up phone and no good advice on where to go and what to do . 7) no drinking water do we bought our own . Not that big of a deal since water is cheap in Greece .
