It has a great location and nice employees. I'd like to make another reservation for the next trip.

This is a 2 star hotel at best. Upon arrival I was informed that there was no room, even though I had booked and paid for the room in advance. They wanted to move me to a hotel 20 minutes away. Eventually, a room was found because I refused to leave. This new room was on a floor that isn't even available for booking. The toilet did not flush, the carpet was filthly and it smelled. In addition in the hallway there was exposed wiring, holes in the walls, and what appeared to be blood. The next day I was moved to a new room where the air conditioner didn't work and it was also dirty and the carpet was stained. The staff was all very nice and the pool is lovely, but I would not at all recommend this hotel.

it is an old hotel. all equipment are old. But it's service is good.

Like a city for itself. The gym is amazing ! Expect to travel to the sights tough.

La experiencia ha sido muy buena. El personal muy profesional amable y atento. Tengo que destacar varias personas del equipo de servicio del hotel. Desde Yoel, que se hizo cargo de mis maletas. Hasta Yolanda una camarera muy profesional. La encargada de la limpieza de mi habitación, Virginia, increíble los detalles de tenerme la habitación a mi gusto desde el primer día. Y la persona que me hace especial en los desayunos y almuerzos es de nombre DIVINA, su nombre define su profesionalidad atención y modales, un hotel destaca de los demás gracias a sus empleados y he de decir, que este hotel es de los mejores que he visitado.

Muy grande hotel con grandes habitaciones y área deportiva con piscinas muy buenas

酒店的隔音一般般，住在五樓可以聽到樓下的人在大聲説話。網絡比較差勁，不舒服的是，充電的插頭竟然不是在床頭！！！但是酒店的早餐很棒，應有盡有，希望可以改善一下房間的設施，有點太老舊了

強烈建議攜程下架這家酒店。住到生氣的酒店。 下午兩點半到，告知房間好了，但是現在入住要加30美金，因為入住時間是三點。最後是讓我生等到三點才辦入住。吃相太難看。 房間設施是70年代的嗎？洗了一個澡，浴室的水到第二天早上才下去，窗簾拉不上，空調關掉再也開不了。 沒有吹風機，問前台要，説來了來了。期間催了兩次都説來了。一小時以後跟我説沒有吹風機了。 這種酒店就是來讓住客添堵的嗎？？？
