산티아고, Parque Motocross Santiago 근처 호텔

우리는 하룻밤 비행기로 산티아고로 날아 갔고 첫날 밤 숙박을 위해 예약을 사용했습니다. 공항에 도착했고 무료 승차를 주선하기 위해 WhatsApp 호텔에 필요했습니다. 10 분 거리에 있으며 셔틀은 새롭고 깨끗했습니다. 우리는 조금 일찍 정오에 체크인하려고했지만 3PM 전에 체크인하고 싶다면 추가 1/2 일일 요금이 부과 될 것이라고 들었습니다. 우리는 기다리기로 결정했습니다. 커피를 마신 후 나는 프론트 데스크 @ 2PM에 이야기했고 그들은 일찍 우리를 체크인하기로 동의했습니다 (호텔이 매우 조용하고 충분한 공간 / 방이 있었기 때문에 가정합니다). 호텔은 깨끗하지만 구타 경로에서 꽤 떨어져 있습니다. 호텔이 철조망으로 둘러싸여 있고 황량하고 약간 감옥처럼 보이기 때문에 이 지역이 얼마나 안전한지 확실하지 않습니다. 또한 호텔은 더 새 것처럼 보이지만 벽은 매우 얇고 이것 때문에 약간 시끄럽습니다. 아침 식사는 매우 좋았고 Lorenzo는 프론트 데스크에서 도움이되었습니다.

This is based on two stays / two rooms a week apart. This hotel is substantially better than the one at the airport. Bed was comfortable and a/c is strong. Wifi good throughout the hotel. Water pressure excellent, although the water smells so chlorinated as to be pool water. The room was clean, but they need to change their mopping chemicals. There is a slippery residue throughout the room which is really noticeable if your feet are wet. Breakfast was a travesty. Buffet with no alternative. Scrambled eggs, toast, very few pastries, fruit, and cereal. That’s it. Coffee machine wasn’t working (gasp). It was free, though, maybe. The staff wasn’t actually sure. Transfer from the airport is on request and free. Send flight details ahead of time and your driver will arrange pickup via WhatsApp. Transfer back is only on the hour, but you can pay $20 for your own five minute taxi if you want. Reception staff speaks English. But no one else did (including restaurant / bar staff). The hotel doesn’t accept any cash payments. The price is reasonable and offsets the above problems. I would stay here again for a layover. The hotel is not suitable for a city visit.

SCL 공항에서 차로 5-10 분 거리에있는 훌륭한 체인 호텔입니다. 건물은 비교적 새롭고 (~ 5 년 전에 지어졌습니다) 도보 거리에 볼 수있는 것이 없습니다. 호텔은 오전 2시에도 SCL을 오가는 셔틀 서비스를 제공합니다. 침실과 욕실은 다소 넓었지만 와이파이가 잘 안터졌습니다. 밤새도록 ”물흘리는”(옆 방에서?)의 다소 시끄러운 소음이 있었습니다. 나의 주요 불만은 예약하기 전에 호텔과 통신하는 것이 불가능하다는 것입니다. 나는 Wyndham 본사, Facebook, Twitter 및 booking.com을 통해받은 이메일 주소를 통해 시도했지만 결코 대답하지 않았습니다. 예약하면 2 개의 이메일 주소와 1 개의 전화 번호로 확인을받습니다. 이메일 주소 중 하나가 이벤트가 존재하지 않습니다 (내 이메일이 거부되었습니다) ... 그리고 그들은 다른 것으로부터 간신히 회신합니다. 셔틀 일정은 마지막 순간에만 주어졌습니다 ... 이것은 전문적이지 않습니다.

Realmente es un Hotel HERMOSO!!! Y cuando digo Hermoso lo es en todos los sentido... El Restaurante con una carta muy completa y variada, la amabilidad del personal, la limpieza, la variedad del desayuno buffet, el sommier y las almohadas súper mullidas. En definitiva, volveremos al Kennedy con mi Familia!! Luis - Argentina.

Needed an overnight before our cruise. Since they had an airport shuttle and decent prices we booked a room. First the shuttle service has an interesting pickup point at one of the parking areas. We had to evade the taxi people and go up two escalators to a walkway. Not bad if you follow the instructions they emailed. The waiting area is a bit wide and it would be easy to miss the pickup but I called and was picked up in about 20 minutes after the 12 reservation we made. We will not go into the ride over the the hotel, it was, well exciting might be an ok word. As for the hotel, desk staff was professional, helpful and got us into a room quickly. The hotel was being used for other cruise passengers and workers but they did take care of us quickly. The restaurant was good but not great. I think there were too many people early and they were not ready for the numbers so several tables seated after us were leaving before we even got bread. The hotel was clean and rooms were very nice so I would use it again but reconsider places to dine.

Well located. Our room was spacious with a nice modern decor. The lobby of the hotel is pleasant. However, when we arrived late at night we found that the bathroom had not been cleaned from the previous guests - no compensation or other remedy offered when we reported the problem (although we did not ask because we find it embarrassing, but I would have expected an immediate offer not to charge one night). The breakfast looks great at first sight, but if you are looking for a bit more, such as fat free milk or yogurt, or a good variety of fruit, or some smoked salmon, it's not available.

This hotel is GREAT. Very comfortable beds and pillows! Plenty of towels, curtains that cover the huge windows completely, noise-isolated and great view. The hotel is right besides a mall, like, RIGHT besides. You come out of the door and straight into the mall and restaurants which is very convenient. The staff is very helpful and kind. I have no complains or downsides whatsoever about this hotel. I would strongly recommend this NH Collection hotel.
