the hotel itself is very stylish and modern; a mix of pop art furniture and fine marble; the breakfast area and bar is also very modern and nice; the rooms are old fashioned - not dirty but would need a bit refurbishment to come up to the expectations you have entering the hotel; down to the south of Italy it is helpful to speak some words in Italian - not all staff is able to understand your english; breakfast was a bit weird: everything was prepared by the waiters which was maybe due to corona but was not quite helpful (speed and thickness of the cutted slices); coffee was made on request (very good); pool area was very nice and tidy; beach is reachable only by shuttle (car provided by hotel for free); takes you within 10 mins to the beach; beach towels can be borrowed at reception (3 E); in the surroundings there is nothing special so you need a car there, which can be parked for free in front of the hotel; problem: every day (!) there was a big wedding/event; sometimes of course with loud music/noise; the hotel is more a party location than a hotel to stay for a relaxing holiday; Amalfi coast is about 1 hour drive

A beautiful sea front hotel with stunning views. Very well located with great access to Paestum and Old Castellabate. It is just a short walk to the town with everything you might need. You can follow the road or walk along the beach, however you may need your phone torch for a very short section along the beach at night. There is free parking with the hotel which is located in the town; a lovely porter will shuttle you to and from your car. There are some spaces right outside the hotel for ease with bags and disabled spaces there too. The rooms are large and very clean with incredibly comfortable beds. We had a sea view and a lovely balcony. The showers here are amazing! The hotel boasts its own private beach, which is sand and staff will arrange loungers for you, you can access the bar from the beach using the QR code on your umbrella. Lovely clear water and an amazing sunset experience sat in the beach bar. Mostly excellent service, we only had an issue with one of the receptionists, who had some attitude but everyone else was very friendly and helpful. There was Maximillian on reception, who was fantastic, a lovely blonde on the beach bar with the friendliest smile and was really enthusiastic and last but certainly not least the porter who was so very generous and helpful. There are lots of bars within the hotel, all with differing opening hours listed in the elevators. You receive and amazing snack variety with drinks. We never ate at the hotel as we decided to go into town, but if we stayed again we definitely would as the breakfast was very good. I personally prefer a savoury breakfast, however my mother says the apricot tart there is superb (a regional speciality I believe). The chocolate cake looked delicious, but sadly I had to abstain as I was attending a wedding shortly after. I had hoped for some tomatoes to go with my breakfasts, but there were not any provided. There was every kind of milk or juice available and plenty of fresh fruit, preserves and yoghurts. Hams, cheeses, eggs and a full patisserie selection. The pain au chocolat style Italian pastry I am told was delicious along with some of the doughnut looking types of food. There are lots of nice touches around the hotel and in the bedroom giving an air of luxury, such as the towelling slippers, which were very much appreciated and used. I believe there is a spa, but I did not visit it. Our only gripe about the hotel was that some tables were closed off during our stay as the cushions were being laundered, this limited seating space at the beach bar, there were some very comfortable seated areas dotted around on different levels of the hotel, however these were not well served by bars and too many different elevator rides to take our own drinks there. The bar on the middle section should be open all day to cover these areas in my opinion. Also I am of the opinion that a 4 star hotel should not have a bar that closes, there should always be somewhere open to get a nightcap sho

Siamo stati in vacanza io e la mia famiglia (moglie e 2 bambini piccoli) presso questa struttura per una settimana a fine agosto 2023. Incentivati dalla posizione molto favorevole (praticamente quasi sul mare), devo dire che una volta sul posto siamo rimasti colpiti anche dalla bellezza della zona e dalla cura dell'hotel fatto molto bene a partire dall'ingresso con ampio parcheggio per le auto, dall'area verde antistante con gazebo e zona giochi per i bambini, passando dalla hall con reception, la sala di ristorazione e bar al piano terra fino ad arrivare ai 2 piani superiori dove sono appunto collocate le camere (servite da ascensore). Ottimo il servizio di pulizia, la camera dove abbiamo alloggiato noi era composta da un salottino d'ingresso con divano letto, armadio, scrivania, tv e aria condizionata con affaccio su terrazzino davvero ampio e carino con veduta sul mare. La stanza da letto era ampia e confortevole (anche qui tv ed aria condizionata con scrivania, armadio con cassaforte, comodini e tv più minifrigo) e, cosa positiva, anche questa stanza con uscita sullo stesso terrazzino del salottino d'ingresso (praticamente 2 uscite per lo stesso balcone). Infine bagno con cabina doccia. Come detto sopra il servizio della ditta pulizie si è rivelato impeccabile, giornalmente le camere erano fresche e rassettate con cambio asciugamani (cambio lenzuola avveniva settimanalmente). La nostra offerta prevedeva una pensione completa per cui abbiamo potuto godere e degustare in toto le bontà culinarie proposte dalla struttura (dalla colazione a buffet alla cena) e devo ammettere che quotidianamente il menu era non solo molto variegato ma anche prelibato e ogni pietanza servita era sempre cotta e condita al punto giusto. Importante per chi ha figli piccoli notare la disponibilità e cortesia degli chef nel preparare senza problemi su richiesta piatti dedicati a loro il che vuol dire tanto. Il servizio ai tavoli e alla reception di camerieri e receptionist è stato sempre cortese, gentile e con il sorriso, ci siamo sentiti veramente coccolati in questa esperienza. La posizione è ottima praticamente sul mare (60-70 mt circa). Il servizio di animazione ha poi intrattenuto grandi e piccini con qualche attività soft tra spiaggia e struttura. Se non fosse stato per 2 3 giorni di maltempo in mezzo alla settimana, sarebbe stata una esperienza superba, ma al di là di questo non abbiamo davvero nulla di cui lamentarci. Tutto fantastico, e ci ritorneremmo volentieri. Consigliatissimo!

우리는 이 호텔에서 2박을 이그제큐티브 더블룸을 예약했습니다. 호텔은 미슐랭 스타 레스토랑인 Osteria Arbustico와 연결되어 있습니다. 체크인하는 동안 우리는 그날 수영장이 문을 닫았다고 들었습니다. 하루 종일 결혼식 장소가 있었고 우리는 손님이 사용 가능한 모든 공간을 차지하여 호텔에 머물고있는 다른 손님을 위한 공간이 없다는 것을 알았습니다. 아무것도 먹을 수 없고 마실 수 없습니다. 우리 방은 모텔에 가깝습니다. 다른 방과 한 블록에 호텔과 분리되어 있습니다. 우리는 주차장, 쓰레기, airco 장치 및 외부에 매달려있는 깨끗한 세탁실에서 테라스에서 전망을 보았습니다. 방은 작았고 작은 날짜 샤워가있었습니다. 둘째 날 우리는 수영장에 갔다. 놀랍게도 우리는 깨진 유리, 담배, 올리브, 치즈 및 전날 사랑하는 손님이 남긴 생각할 수 있는 모든 것을 발견했습니다. 낮에는 정기적인 청소 직원에게 너무 많기 때문에 가능한 한 청소되었습니다. 오후에 우리는 호텔에서 새로운 이벤트, 즉 레스토랑과 바에서 점심과 함께하는 교회를 마주했습니다. 우리는 호텔을 다시 피하기 위해 해변에 가기로 결정했습니다. 매니저에게 올바른 방을 주었는지 물었을 때 그는 짜증이 났습니다. 나는 그에게 내 견해의 사진을 보여주고 다시 시도했고 그는 이것이 내가 지불한 것이라고 확인했습니다. 이 사람이 실망한 손님을 어떻게 처리해야할지 전혀 몰랐고 서비스라는 단어가 무엇을 의미하는지 전혀 몰랐다는 것을 깨달았기 때문에 더 이상 반응하지 않았습니다. 우리는 특별하거나 할인을 요구하지 않았지만 진지하게 받아들이지 않는 것이 우리가 가진 주요 자극이었습니다. 우리의 조언: 호텔에 이벤트가 없는 경우 미리 확인하십시오. 관리자 때문에 이것이 호텔이 2성급 가치가 있다고 말합니다.

Ho soggiornato in questo boutique hotel di Paestum per alcuni giorni e mi sono trovata sostanzialmente bene anche se alcuni miglioramenti sono più che auspicabili. La location è deliziosa, le camere ampie e pulite e il personale gentile e disponibile. La posizione vicino all’area archeologica e ai diversi ristoranti di via Tavernelle per la sera rendono l’hotel perfetto per una vacanza a Paestum. Esempi di errori professionali da evitare( si definisce comunque un 4 stelle…): all’arrivo nessuno si è minimamente offerto di aiutarci con le valige né tantomeno di farci vedere la camera per verificare che tutto fosse in ordine e di nostro gradimento. Se si sceglie di mettere in stanza l’acqua di cortesia, la si rinnova quotidianamente e ciò in 5 giorni che siamo rimasti mai avvenne;analogamente le lenzuola magari una volta sarebbe stato bene cambiarle….così pure il rinnovo dei saponi da bagno. Anche la colazione era piuttosto modesta sia come scelta che come quantità. Infine trovo non particolarmente raffinata la politica di prelevare il giorno precedente all’arrivo dalla carta di credito data in garanzia l’intero ammonirla spesa previsto per il soggiorno.
