화장실 샤워기 물이 바닥 전체에 흥건하고, 히터도 자동으로 꺼지고, 이불에 털이 많이 붙어있어서 이불을 갈아주지 않은 느낌은 들었지만 전체적인 위생상태가 그다지 깨끗하지 않다는 느낌이 들었습니다. .

조식은 괜찮았고 위치는 최상급이었습니다. 아쉽게도 욕실용품이 열악했고, 에어펌프도 없고, 컵도 없고, 샤워기 헤드도 약해서 너무 열악했습니다.

Had a lovely couple of nights staff were very friendly nothing was too much trouble and the bonus was all you could eat breakfast would recommend it was a lot of choices x

It was in a great location being minutes away from the train station, city centre and the arena so would definitely recommend if that is what you are wanting. It was clean throughout but in areas could have done with an extra go over, although the service provided was brilliant, always someone at the desk to help and very helpful also. The only thing my partner and I picked up on is that the amenities wasn't all that good, for the price of the stay there could've been more. But overall it was a good hotel to stay in.

Very, very poor hotel. Old, desperately in need of refurbishment and soul less. Not really near the centre of Leeds and expensive NCP parking. Can’t think of anything to recommend the place.

地理位置十分方便，距離車站及商埸都是步行便可以，房間也不小，附近有很多食店，又有中超，泰超，步行到博物館也方便，唯一缺點是沖涼的水力有點弱。

怕吵，備註了房間需要安靜。前台選擇了靠裏不臨街的房間，非常棒。床算比較大吧，暖氣很熱，房間也還算寬敞。住了一週沒人打掃衞生。位置很棒，靠近市中心，旁邊有中餐館。

Everything with the hotel was perfect, shame about noisy neighbours and other guests but nothing the hotel can do about. At 11pm someone empty’s all the bottles into the bins and at 6.30am as well! Apart from that I would recommend staying there

I'vh used this hotel a few times The rooms bedding towels etc are always clean,fresh plenty of supplies for cuppas It has a lovely cafe,bar area food drink prices reasonable All recp staff are super happy helpful folks Peter often finds me a big room for all my bike & luggage Hotel is in a great position in the city walking distance to all shops bus train depots
