Awesome clean hotel & very nice room. Great food & very friendly staff

Great location, varies of options for things to do in the hotel. Loved my stay there!

First impressions of you look from afar are great, it’s when you get closer and this is a hotel trying to appeal to the higher end of the market with a cheap refurb. Negatives: * Offer snacks and drinks at reception or within the lobby area, especially for late arrivals. * Explain the facilities available and where to access them. * Add a welcome leaflet in the room with key information such as meal options for non all inclusive guests. * Offer recommendations for food and general local amenities. * 1 bottle of water complimentary, put it in the fridge or have 2 one chilled and one not. * Fix the aircon, on the lowest setting the rooms are still warm and uncomfortable. * One staff member behind the day bar was very rude when it came to learning I was a staff member of Leonardo Hotels, he did not want to add the staff discount. He also put my food order through wrong, I ordered a cheeseburger but he bought a chicken burger out. Not sure if he even applied the discount as it was €12. I noticed he was rude to a few customers during his shift - 17/10/23. * Couldn’t ask about late check out until the morning of check out. Offers should be purchasable at booking. Would also promote direct booking. * Style of the rooms are an attempt to modernise but unfortunately you can tell this was done at a low budget. The rooms are what would class as standard hotel rooms. * Staff could benefit from some customer service training to provide a more comfortable stay. Positives: * Location is great for access to the beach. Special gate for access to and from beach from day bar area. * Outdoor areas are perfect for sunlight all day. * Two bars one for day and one for night - Changed at 7pm. * Food available at the bar for non AI. * Good selection of drinks. * Checking in and out was quick. * Good size pools which match size of hotel. * Cleanliness of the hotel was to a high standard.

Excellent stay and incredible value for money! We had 2 rooms (double & triple) for 3 nights and they were great. The triple room was small but manageable for us as we also had a large balcony with a side sea view. Our rooms were situated right at the stairwell & lifts so could be noisy with guests arriving home at all hours during the night - nothing a set of ear plugs couldn’t fix! Pool towels are available with a €10 deposit per towel, returned when you return the towel. Cocktails were just OK but not expensive for Ibiza! Pool & bar areas were lovely, comfortable and a quirky decor. Staff were helpful & friendly. The DJ & atmosphere at sunset in the sunset lounge every evening was excellent. Highly recommended!

Great hotel,very clean,friendly staff and fantastic choice of food at breakfast and dinner. Although the hotel was fairly busy there are various areas to sit and plenty sunbeds so it never felt crowded. The views are amazing and not too far to walk either to the bay or in to San Antonio itself. Have booked already to go back as we liked it so much.

The hotel has nice decor, rooms and views. The sunset lounge is lovely to relax at night with a nice selection of drinks. However, the food is a let down. The buffet dinner lacks choice and was often cold. In addition, my partner and I purchased the half board plus basis prior to our stay. However, on the first night we were told wine wasn’t included despite the package we were sold. We managed to flag this up at reception who alerted the staff in the restaurant. However, every night we ordered wine the waitresses tried billing us for it. This was a huge let down for us and we began to feel quite frustrated by the situation. Otherwise, nice and quiet location with a decent pool area.

This hotel is unreal . It’s so handy to everything . There’s always a lovely amotsphere around the hotel . Chilling by the pool with the dj or in the chill bar at night watching the sunset .the rooms are so clean comfy beds pillows big bathroom with walk-in shower .the view from this hotel is to die for we were lucky to have the pool view and the sea view.the hotel is very quirky laid back . It’s spotless there is always someone cleaning .

Lovely hotel. Has lots of character. The staff are super friendly. We had bed and breakfast. The breakfast was great. Lots of options. The pool area has lots of seating and sun loungers. The pool is quite small and is not heated. It done the job as it was hot weather! The rooms are on the smallest side. We were upgraded to a superior Seaview room. It had a lovely view.
