This hotel was formerly a convent and is adjacent to a beautiful church, and the setting is serene and beautiful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are so accommodating and helpful that you could not ask for more. The room my wife and I stayed in was lovely and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice and the coffee was delicious. The staff were warm and friendly and the service given was among the best we’ve ever experienced. There is complimentary wi-fi ( a rarity these days with most establishments charging a small premium) . We had a lovely stay which was predominantly down to the staff and in particular a lovely lady named Theresa who always went out of her way and was so accommodating. Although the hotel is listed as a “Three Star” it feels like a “5 Star”. Stunning , and would not hesitate to stay here again.

2021년 5월 말에 세븐 호스텔에 묵었는데 아주 좋은 3* 호텔에 걸맞는 청결함, 개별 객실의 품질 및 높은 수준의 서비스에 놀랐습니다. 팀도 훌륭합니다. Paolo는 항상 Amalfi 지역의 전 관광 가이드로서 좋은 조언을 제공할 것입니다. Francesca는 친절하고 호스텔의 다양한 파트너와 좋은 거래를 하며 나머지도 잊지 않고 있습니다. 직원들은 미소 짓고 자비로우며 무엇보다도 귀하의 모든 요구 사항에 세심한 주의를 기울입니다. 나를 위해 그것은 5/5가 될 것입니다! 눈을 감고 거기로 가십시오!

친절하고 전문적이며 세심한 직원이있는 호텔을 찾는 것이 얼마나 기쁜 일입니까? 대부분은 장기적인 서비스를 제공하며 잘 운영되는 시설에 대한 증언을합니다. 주인과 경영진에게 축하합니다. 모든 직원은 정중하고 도움이되었습니다. 정중하고 유머러스합니다. 도착하자마자 리셉션에서 매우 따뜻한 환영을 받았습니다. 식당 직원은 35 년 동안 우리가 경험 한 최고였습니다. 요리사와 직원을 만나지 마십시오. 그러나 훌륭한 메뉴에 감사드립니다. 음식은 예외적이었고 우리는 매일 저녁 즐거운 즐거움으로 기대했습니다. 예의 바른 버스는 호텔에서 제공하는 유용하고 환영하는 서비스입니다. 소렌토로 걸어 들어가면 쉽게 걸어 갈 수 있어 호텔 위치가 좋습니다. 수영장과 외부 정원, 옥상 테라스는 잘 관리되어 있었고 옥상 테라스는 멋진 일몰을 즐길 수있는 멋진 장소였습니다. 우리는 2 일 또는 3 일 동안 머물렀던 많은 사람들을 만났고 우리는 확실히 다시 머물 것입니다. 에어컨은 방에서 정말 잘 작동했고 매우 조용했습니다.

이 호텔은 직원이 모두 사랑스럽고 이 호텔을 돋보이게 만듭니다. 이 호텔에 대해서는 이미 많은 이야기가 있었기 때문에 이미 말한 내용은 반복하지 않겠습니다. 몇 가지 팁을 추가하겠습니다. 도착 및 출발 시간에 따라 1시간에 환승까지 예상됩니다. 공항으로 돌아오는 데 2시간이 넘게 걸렸습니다. 도로가 좁고 교통량이 많아서 비위가 약해 보이지 않으면 어쩔 수 없습니다. 거기 스쿠터 라이더들에 Crazy 🤣. 매시간 무료 셔틀이 운행되며 오후 11시 15분까지 15분마다 돌아옵니다. 사랑스러운 전문 안전 운전사 마리오는 교통 체증으로 인해 도로에 오랫동안 멈출 수 없으니 늦지 마세요. 소렌토까지 걸어서 갈 수 있지만 포장 도로가 거의 없거나 전혀 없지만 멋진 변화입니다. 아름다운 풍경이니 조심하세요. 소렌토는 사랑스럽고 훌륭한 아이스크림입니다. 항구는 2인 기준 왕복 €90 정도의 보트를 타고 카프리까지 갈 수 있는 시내에 있지만, 돌아오는 보트가 내린 곳에서 픽업하지 않을 수도 있으니 반드시 문의하세요. 나폴리에서 기차를 타면 셔틀 버스에서 도보로 약 10분 거리에 있습니다. 왕복 약 €16로 2시간 정도 소요됩니다. 버스커를 타고 버스에 탑승하지만 재미를 더해줍니다. 마을에 있는 이상한 캐릭터도 있으니 지갑을 잘 챙기세요. 기차는 폼페이에서 바로 정차하며 약 30분 소요되며 2인당 왕복 요금은 €9입니다. 호객꾼에게서 티켓을 구매하지 마세요. 키오스크를 통과해야 폼페이까지 최소 4시간이 소요됩니다. 매우 혼잡합니다. 호텔 뒤에는 언덕 산책로가 있고 길 건너편에는 레스토랑이 있는 멋진 해변 항구가 있지만 가파른 경사면 아래에 있습니다.

호텔 투어리스트에서는 바쁜 일정 후 휴식시간을 보낼 수 있는 편안한 객실이 마련되어 있습니다. 호텔 투어리스트 객실은 여행객과 비즈니스 출장객 모두에게 소렌토에서 편안하게 지낼 수 있는 공간입니다.호텔에서 소렌토이 단, 500m 정도 거리에 있고, 나폴리공항이 단, 53km 정도 거리에 있어 교통이 매우 편리합니다. 소렌토, Bastion of Parsano, Villa Comunale Park 등 인기 관광지들이 근처에있어, 편리하고 다양하게 알찬 여행을 즐기실 수 있습니다.호텔의 다양한 시설을 이용하여 여가시간을 보낼 수 있습니다.

Hotel Le Axidie, BW Signature Collection의 위치는 시티투어를 하기 편리한 관광명소에 있습니다. Hotel Le Axidie, BW Signature Collection 객실은 여행객과 비즈니스 출장객 모두에게 비코에쿠엔세에서 편안하게 지낼 수 있는 공간입니다.호텔에서 Vico Equense이 단, 1km 정도 거리에 있고, 나폴리공항이 단, 46km 정도 거리에 있어 교통이 매우 편리합니다.여가시간에는 호텔의 다양한 여가시설로 알찬 시간을 보내실 수 있습니다. 호텔에서는 주차 공간을 제공합니다.

Totally agree with below negative comments. Some rude staff, but Anna was great on reception. Manageress attitude is a disgrace and she is very rude & aggressive. Pool freezing cold next to the road and it’s noisy. Also had to pay for pool towels. Rooftop dry martini bar, waiter is rude and not allowed to sit down without buying a drink!!! Total rip off, cheaper at the bar downstairs. Not allowed to move furniture to sit together without getting told off. Downstairs bar was open however, we got told to move inside as we were disturbing other residents in their rooms, at 10.15pm (no signs to state we couldn’t sit outside) as open. Lookalike Johnny Depp served us who was very friendly. The lifeguard is very friendly and helpful. Shame about the others. I had to upgrade my room because of my four month old daughter therefore I had to pay An extra £300 for a cot as other family members had the same room for a cheaper price!! Quite a few comments about plug sockets in the rooms not working family members said they only had 2 working. Not sure what the differences between a comfort room and a superior room as they are both the same!! Some of the rooms are facing the main road so they are very noisy traffic, bins been emptied, etc Thin walls you can hear your next door conversations and noise above from other rooms . Overall, I would not recommend to stay here unfortunately .

I visited this hotel with my partner in August 2023. This was our first visit to the Sorrento area and we will 100% return to this hiotel. Everything was great including the room, food and hotel staff. All areas in the hotel were clean including restaurant, bar and poolside. The evening meals were delicious with local cuisine being served every night and the hotel staff were superb! The only minor flaw with the food were the hotel breakfasts. There was not a lot of options and the scrambled eggs were soggy and miserable. The hotel was in a pefect location and lots of small restaurants and bard close--by. 30 minutes walk to Sorrento or 5 minute train! Special shout to Mario who delivered phenomenol service every night.
