확실히 별 4개는 아닙니다. Sanit Angelo 기차역에서 도보로 약 10분 거리에 침대가 단단하고 울퉁불퉁한 얇은 베개가 있어 숙면을 취하는 것이 거의 불가능하여 전체 여행에 영향을 미쳤습니다. 수영장이 내려다 보이는 발코니가 있지만 객실은 넓으며 기차 노선 바로 옆을 고려하여 잘 단열되어 있습니다. 좋은 매트리스가 있는 작은 방을 선호합니다. 샤워 수압은 내가 본 샤워기 중 가장 작은 66cm x 66cm로 들어갈 수 있으면 좋았습니다. 비누를 집을 수도 없고 비누를 떨어뜨리지 마세요. 팔로 머리를 감는 것이 어려웠습니다. 방에 주전자가 있지만 차, 커피 또는 우유는 없습니다. 우리 냉장고가 작동하지 않았고 우리가 이야기한 다른 손님들도 마찬가지였습니다. 깨끗하고 수영장은 긴 하루를 보낸 후 식히기 위해 다시 오기에 좋았습니다. 아침 식사 평균, 차가운 계란, 유럽식도 많지 않습니다. 주로 나쁜 침대, 베개 및 작은 샤워 시설 때문에 이곳에 다시 머물거나 추천하지 않을 것입니다.

This was my family’s first time to Italy together. The staff at this hotel made it feel like home away from home. By the end of our final night, it felt like we were saying goodbye to a piece of our own family. We all hugged and kissed on the cheek and were genuinely sad to go. The hotel was spotless and beautiful. Breakfast was just perfect! The pool area was gorgeous and well kept. I loved the balcony in our room too! I felt safe and comfortable every day. Thank you Luigi, Franco and the rest of the staff for welcoming us so warmly. When we come back… we know where we will be staying. We recommend this hotel 10/10!!!! THE BEST.

We stayed at the Hotel Club in Sant Agnello in the last week of October. This was the end of the season and so the area was a little quiet but some bars and restaurants were still open. We could not fault this hotel, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, the hotel was spotlessly clean, our towels were changed daily and the toiletries replenished daily. We had a lovely room overlooking the pool with a large terrace. The restaurant was bright and airy and the staff attentive, we celebrated our wedding anniversary whilst we were there and we were serenaded by the lovely Franco. The food was plentiful and delicious with large portions. This is a family run hotel and what lovely people they all are. As it was the end of the season we were the only people staying there for the last couple of day and it would have been easy for them to not not bother so much but they gave us a great service until the end. We would defiantly stay there again. It is also in a good base for getting around the area with a train station a couple of minutes away, plenty of busses and it is also only about a 20 minute walk into the Centre of Sorrento. In summary we had a wonderful holiday at the Hotel Club

Just got home from this lovely little hotel rooms serviced every day food was very nice served by two great guys. We’ll definitely go back no complaints really maybe if anything showers a little on the small side. Enjoy your winter break you all deserve it

Firstly let me agree with most positive previous reviews. Rooms are basic but clean, serviced every day with fresh towels. The breakfast was basic with very limited hot options, but Italians don’t do hot breakfast. Evening meal was quite tasty with small portions. Although stated 4 star I would say it is a 3 star and you should judge it accordingly. My one complaint is the swimming pool. I holiday 3 times a year to the USA, canaries , balearics, mainland spain but my last italian holiday was venice about 15 years ago. I like to sunbathe at the pool and periodically swim to cool off. First day sunbathing I dived in the pool and swam eyes open for one length. On surfacing my eyes were painful, the smell of chemicals from the water that I had disturbed diving in ( I was the only one to swim and now realise why ) was very strong. For the next 5 hours my eyes were extremely sore and irritated, my skin as it dried felt like a crust was forming on it. I showered 3 times before my eyes started to improve.So before swimming put your head to the water and smell the strength of the chemicals and I would strongly advise not letting children swim in the pool. I don’t know if the strength of chemicals has to be so high but this one point spoiled my stay at the hotel. I have never come across a pool abroad or in the UK which has water that has been so strongly treated with chemicals. Sorrento, Pompei etc was fantastic so still come and visit.

Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, small double room with large balcony. Housekeeping was excellent with fresh towels daily. Staff all very nice and friendly. Pool was fine for the size of the hotel. Roof terrace was excellent, on 2 levels with plenty sunbeds and 2 showers....Great views from here., especially when you first see Mt Vesuvius from here. The railway line is very close but you really don't hear it. The food, we were half board, 1st holiday in Italy, we felt it was very basic. Breakfast was fruit juice, yoghurts, fruit, cereal, sliced ham, sliced cheese, bread (available toastie machine though this only warmed the bread), eggs(boiled or scrambled), beans, croissants, rolls, marmalade, cakes and coffee/tea machine. You were given dinner menu to select your meal for later that day, usually 3 starters, 1 of which was soup and other 2 were pasta dishes, 4 mains, consisting of 1 meat, 1 fish, 1 pasta and 1 salad, 1 sweet and bread/butter. Drinks available which got charged to room. Bill to pay on last night of holiday including city tax €2/night per person. We found the food adequate but just felt it let a great little gem of a hotel down. Hotel is well placed, 5 mins walk to S'Agnello Station, costs €1.49 one way to Sorrento takes about 5 mins to get there or you can walk along main road 25 mins. We did a few tours though we organised them ourselves...as cheaper. Went to Capri on ferry, €20 each way...loads to do there but be prepared for the massive queues. Also did Amalfi and Positano by ferry €40 return, gorgeous views. Booked Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius bus tour, excellent. Also took train €10 return to Castellammare di Stabia and took cable car €9 return up Mt Faito. Views were stunning everywhere we went. Several small shops, bars and restaurants all 5/10 mins walk of hotel and also lovely church.

My family really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Club Sorrento. I was a little hesitant about booking here as it was the next town along from Sorrento centre, however we really liked Sant'Agnello as a place to stay away from the crowds. Once we were used to the bus and train system it really wasn't an issue to go into Sorrento when we wanted to. The whole team at this hotel were so lovely, friendly and kind that we felt really at home during our stay. The hotel itself is small however this was part of its charm. We had 2 rooms next to each other as we have 2 teenage boys. Both were spacious and very clean and had a balcony overlooking a side street. It was very quiet there apart from the early church bells but you soon get used to that. There is a supermarket nearby and a lovely ice cream/coffee shop plus a few nice restaurants. We had the half board option which we found to be excellent as it brought down the costs for our trip as a family of 4. We love our Italian food and we found the chef to be really very good home style cooking using their home grown fresh produce. The breakfast options were very limited so we preferred to skip breakfast and have extra sleep. You have put your order in for either lunch or evening meal at reception. There are 3 choices of pasta or fish or meat for starter and main and a set desert which was either a cake or fruit. The service in the restaurant is excellent and we were often serenaded by the lovely Franco who is a real character and gentleman. We alternated in having lunch one day and then evening meal the next day so that we could also have evening meals in Sorrento every other day. The train station is just around the corner to the hotel and you can take that 1 stop to Sorrento centre or go the other way and it is about 50 mins to Naples or Pompei. Very easy to get around. You can also take the bus or ferry from Sorrento to Positano, Amalfi or Capri for a day trip. We booked a boat trip to Ischia which was excellent. Although the pool is small it is adequate for your needs and you can have inflatables in there for kids. There is no shallow end for younger kids. The pool area was never over crowded during our August stay with plenty of chairs to sit around and nice and quiet. The pool is very clean but we felt a little over chlorinated which really dried our skin out but did not put us off. We often had evening drinks over at Tony's Bar over the road which is very cheap and good atmosphere. A very nice relaxing holiday in a very special part of the world. I am sure we will be back in the future.

This must be the fifth time we've stayed at the Hotel Club, so obviously we love it there. The location, cleanliness of the rooms, the pool, but most of all, the people who run it.
