It has a fully equiped kitchen, two private balconies, living room and bathroom.It is a very cozy apartment, 15 minutes from downtown Barcelona by train (R1) and a 10-minute walk from the beach. It's very easy to get there from the airport.IT IS A FIRST FLOOR WITHOUT ELEVATORAir conditioning, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, iron, TV, microwave, toaster, washing machine (in the common terrace of the building). It has a smart lock, allowing you to check in on your own.IMPORTANT: Events, parties, smoking, and vaping are not permitted on the site (there are noise and smoke sensors with a €400 fine if activated).Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Emergency interventions between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. incur an extra charge of €50.In the event of lost or forgotten keys, a service charge of €50 will be applied.
