The Hyatt hotel is a top-notch choice for a comfortable and convenient stay. With a prime location near the airport and within walking distance popular of establishments like Target, Marshalls and several other restaurants, guess we’ll have everything they need at their fingertips. The customer service is exceptional, and the morning breakfast is particularly noteworthy thanks to the talented chef. The rooms are just as advertised online, which is crucial for travelers who rely on accurate representation when booking accommodations. As someone who values, honest reviews I highly recommend the Hyatt Hotel to fellow travelers.

The alarm clock in my room was set to 6am by the previous guest I'm assuming. I have difficulty getting to sleep and I was hoping to sleep in to at least 7:00-8:00. Waking up to an alarm clock at 6am ruined my morning!

I loved the location of the hotel. Plenty of restruants and shopping. The hotel was nice and clean. They had great breakfast options. Free bottled water every day. The only thing that I can say that I didn't like was that the pool was not heated. I really wanted to get into the pool to relax. I will stay there again.

We have been staying at Hyatt Place for about 5 years and find this property seemed to be a second class establishment. We had to complain about Styrofoam plates and plastic cutlery for breakfast and ask for normal plates and cutlery. The first morning, there were no bagels and neither morning was there decaf coffee. We had to call for towels as our room was not on the list for housecleaning. The manager gave us a nice discount for this, but that is not the point. We mentioned the toilet was running too long after flushing and needed maintenance to look at it. It was not fixed while we were there - 2 days! Bottom line, next time we are in Richmond, we will find another hotel!!

This is our third time staying here and we really like it. I do want to mention however, that this is the second time we've had an issue with the air-conditioning that will not stay on and actually cool the room. We had to move all our things last night to a different room which was a pain. I think they need to service all of the HVAC systems and make sure each room is working properly. Otherwise this is a clean, convenient and nice stay, especially with your pet.

Enjoyed our stay, room was nice and clean. Would stay here again, wish there was flavored creamer at breakfast. Need a place to recycle plastic bottles.

We booked this hotel in advance. Upon our arrival, which was late in the evening, we were informed that they had given our room away. There was no communication and my 13 year old daughter and I were forced to go find another place to stay at midnight. The policies of both Hyatt and ******* should not allow this to happen.

I was surprised to find the rooms were attended only every other day. This was not explained at checkin, so on Day 1 I thought they just missed my room. Then when they did clean on Day 2, by then I had used up all my in room coffee and tea and cups over 2 days and they didn’t replenish any of that.
