"호텔은 찾기 쉽고, 전망도 좋고, 매우 깨끗하고 위생적입니다. 아이들과 함께 가서 침대 3개가 있는 방을 예약했는데, 프론트 직원이 실수로 호수가 보이는 트윈 베드를 주었습니다, 80cm의 작은 침대 두 개로.. 남편은 현지 친구 집에 가서 하룻밤만 리셉션 직원으로 일하고 다음날 3인용 침대로 바꿨습니다. 공교롭게도 설날이었는데 방이 호수를 바라보고 있어서 자정에 많은 사람들이 불꽃놀이를 하더군요. 저와 아이들은 호텔 침대에 앉아 밤새도록 불꽃놀이를 관람했습니다. 완벽한 실수였습니다."

"Nice hotel, beautiful location. A little Victorian style. Style. The hotel is on a busy road, but the rooms are well isolated. The prices are high, and that is fine in itself, but you would expect everything to be perfect, such as the wifi. Unfortunately. And there are some small details, which makes the price/quality ratio a ticking stick.."

"Quality Hotel / Strawberry is not respecting GDPR rights - they spam you massively with emails and sms if you decide to be a club member, you are not explicitly actively consenting to this but send that anyways. Even after deleting your membership account they keep your data continue spamming you as such not following GDPR rules. Recommendation: Don't get a member of this law breaking company!"

"I stayed in a single room, which was too small in size, but very cozy.Very comfortable bed! High level of cleanliness. Excellent buffet for breakfast with many options. I also had dinner at the restaurant, which was really good. Service at the restaurant didn't match the level of the cousine. Overall my experienced was positive 👍👍"

"I stayed at the Saga Caves recently for two nights whilst visiting a friend. I liked the look of the listing as it was a simple apartment and relatively close to town. I didn't realise how close though until I got there. Walking to the harbour is 3 minutes downhill and to the shops is only 5-6 minutes. Location is just amazing for the price. The apartment itself is in an old wooden style house. The apartment is basic. There's everything you need and it's all very functional. I think they could have probably had another heater in the place as it was quite cold due to the wooden structure. Maybe another pillow and duvet would be useful too. Also, there was someone staying when I was there and they were moving around a lot quite late at night so you could hear their footsteps and shuffling around. Also, the bedsheets smelled as if it wasn't cleaned properly so they could improve that. But I would definitely stay again. Location is good and apartment is clean otherwise."
