Had a pleasant stay here.

Great place clean and quiet and good neirborhood quiet too.

There was no warm/hot water in the shower. Coffee was always empty in the lobby. Thermostat was falling off. I always stay here when I am in town, but after this time, I will probably not choose this hotel again.

Hotel was very run down. Rhe elevator was dirty and poorly maintained; there was no shampoo in the bathroom; the shower curtain was not long enough to keep the water in; the shower water was cold; the tub spout needed to be caulked; also - breakfast offerings were not well stocked - no milk, eggs, sausage, or gravy for nearly 30 minutes. Very disappointing experience

THE ROOM WAS NOT VERY CLEAN, THE BEDS WERE MADE VERY SLOPPY AND THE LINENS WERE WRINKLED. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

There was trash left in the room from the previous guest, the shower was very weak and wouldn’t get very warm, and the room wreaked of cigarettes

The beds were really comfortable!! the room i got was big!! Everything was clean.. the staff was great.. the only thing was the musty smell in the room.. but other than that everything was great!!

The property is extremely outdated and needs renovation. The back door to the parking lot was unlocked all night. The room itself was comfortable and had excellent pillows. It was noisy throughout the night being so close to the highway.

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in, and will never stay again. It started with the paint pealing off the walls in some places all over the room, and some spots were clearly painted over with the wrong color. There was a patched door handle that a two year old could’ve done better. However the icing on the cake was that we had little to NO HOT WATER. My daughter took a shower that night and got 5 minutes of luke warm water before it turned cold and after waiting an hour I still had none. The next morning I tried again and I still only had luke warm water for about 3 minutes. To make matters worse the walls are paper thin and I could hear ever step the people above took, and they sounded like elephants. Additionally, anytime someone walked down the halls, I heard it. When I complained to the desk clerk, she barely gave me an apology and acted like she’d heard it before..
