알림: 객실 요금을 미리 지불한 고객의 경우 체크인 시 보증금을 현금으로 보증금으로 사용해야 합니다! !! !! 신용카드로 전액 환불될 것임을 거듭 확인하고, 2~3일 후에 조용히 세금이 공제됩니다. 이것은 내가 두 개의 Sheraton San Juan(현금에 베팅하고 하나는 신용 카드에 베팅)을 하고 난 후 다른 결과입니다. 전자는 $37.63를 차감하고 후자는 그 자리에서 전액 현금을 반환했습니다. 다른 손님들도 비슷한 경험을 하실 거라 믿습니다. 이 요금은 씨트립이 협상 끝에 지불했지만 쉐라톤은 구시가지에서는 그렇게 하지 않았다. 세금 공제가 필요한 경우 사전에 명확하게 명시하거나 최소한 체크아웃 시 알려야 합니다(체크아웃 시 요청했는데 전액 환불해 준다고도 했습니다). 이는 도난에 가깝다는 점을 감안할 때 서비스 측면에서 나쁜 평가를 받았습니다.

훌륭한 호텔이었습니다. 프론트 데스크 직원은 매우 도움이 되었습니다. Alejandra와 컨시어지 데스크의 젊은 남자(그의 이름을 기억하고 싶습니다)에게 특별한 감사를 드립니다. 이 짧은 여행에서 재미있는 일을 하도록 안내하여 내 여행을 기억에 남게 만들었습니다.

돈 호텔에 대한 아주 좋은 가치, 옥상 수영장, 무료 바 음료, 발코니, 대형 호텔 서비스도 매우 좋으며이 호텔은 매우 좋은 위치에 있습니다.

Me and my husband arrived late at night. At the front desk we were welcomed by Melendez. He was very nice and helpful. He gave us some tips on places to visit, stores near by. Explained everything about the room services and helped with the reservation for the rooftop bar Eter. The room was very clean. Very comfortable bed. Great TV and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. One of the best things was free breakfast every morning. Plenty of options to choose from. And they always bring it to the room on time. The rooftop bar Eter has an amazing view. Drinks are delicious and bartenders are great! It's better to make a reservation a day prior, because they are pretty busy. Overall our experience was great. Wonderful service, the location is not too far from T-Mobile district, a lot of restaurants and bars, and 20 minutes away from the beach if you're walking.

Everything was fine except for no parking

Everything my wife and I wanted to see and do in Old San Juan was within easy walking distance so this hotel is really in an ideal location. We liked the look and feel of the property especially the grand staircase and covered veranda area in front of the rooms. The open air nature of the property really highlights the warm temperatures and encourages you to sit outside and enjoy the environment. We found our room to be comfortable and clean. The bathroom was modern and the shower was large with good water pressure. The room could use more light and the bathroom lighting is equally dim. All the employees were encountered were very helpful and friendly. Make sure to ask for restaurant/bar recommendations. The front desk also arranged for a taxi to take us back to the airport. During our two night stay, our bathroom towels consisted only of large bath sized towels and while we asked about smaller hand towels, none ever appeared. Also the shower door leaked a large amount of water on the bathroom floor - - more annoying than a problem. The message light on our phone blinked from the moment we arrived and despite our efforts to retrieve/delete voicemails, the light continued to flash. I asked the very friendly gentleman at the front desk but he was not sure what to do and when we checked out, the message light was still flashing. These items were too minor to impact our stay and my wife and I would completely recommend this hotel. One word of advice - we enjoyed a couple of beers at the hotel restaurant/bar and were a bit shocked that each bottle of beer was $10 but at least it was cold !! We did not return to the bar/restaurant as there are a great number of nearby places to drink and dine.

This was the perfect hotel for my first visit to San Juan, and I can't wait to return. Me & my mom came to celebrate my moms Birthday. And mentioning it doing check in, we were given a couple of Birthday drinks to redeem before we left the hotel to celebrate the occasion. Thanks Sylviani & Sabilya. Awesome & Professional at all times! The staff treated us well. I liked the fact that the hotel provided shuttle service to and from Old San Juan & to one of the close by beaches. Our view from the 5th floor was great also. We could see the pool & the water fountain across the street. They were both beautiful with the different colored lights at night The location was great, and a lot of things to do within walking distance. T-Mobile district was a 2 minute walk. ******, 5 minute walk. Make sure you get pictures in front of the I love PR sign that's close by. Thanks again and hope to see you soon!

San Juan에서 두 번째로 선택한 호텔인 Hyatt Place는 길 건너편에 있는 비즈니스 호텔입니다. San Juan의 구시가지에 더 가깝고 차로 10분 미만입니다. 호텔 주변에 먹을 곳이 많지는 않지만 차로 6~7분 거리에 큰 월마트가 있습니다. 방에는 간이 주방, 식기, 냄비가 있으며 조미료는 구성이 간단합니다. 호텔은 비교적 새 건물이며 환경은 크지 않고 섬세하지 않으며 호텔 뒤에 수영장이 비교적 작고 기타 오락 체육관과 오락실도 있습니다. 주차는 1박에 약 $16로 비교적 큽니다. 좋은 아침 식사, 종류가 많지는 않지만 깨끗합니다. 전체적인 비용은 상대적으로 비싸고 각종 세금은 체크아웃 시 1박에 약 3500불 정도 해서 가성비가 좋지 않습니다.
