Great location for visit to St Padre Pio sanctuary. Hotel is big and spacious, and they were able to provide separate breakfast rooms for tour groups and independent travellers, which is great. Will definately stay here if i visit again. Parking is easy if you’re driving.

Great hotel! The staff is very friendly. We’ve been staying at this hotel my family and I. Every time we go, it never disappoints. The room was very Clean. It’s at a walking distance from San Padre Pio Church. I’ll definitely recommend it.

The room was great and plentiful. The view was beautiful and enjoyed the amenities available. Close to shops and restaurants with a diversity of food options. Plenty of friendly shop owners in the area. I highly recommended this hotel to others.

Great services and attention to details. We chose this place for us and our guests to stay during our wedding. Additionally, we had our rehearsal, welcome, and farewell dinner events. The reception crew, bar tender, servers, and Gerardo made sure that us and our guests were well taken care of for any need. Great service, great amenities, and great food! The hotel was what youd expect from a hotel. Our sofa bed was broken in the middle and sagged unfortunately amd the shower head left a lotnto he desired. But otherwise it was clean and safe!

Starting from the very welcoming reception upon our arrival to the beauty of our very spacious and sophisticatedly furnished modern suite, our stay at the Gran Paradiso Hotel has been amazing. Their in house restaurant was a discovery itself. We have been amazed by the kind availability of the restaurant Director and of each of the amazing waiters that strived to make our culinary experience pleasant and unique filled with regional delightful dishes and amazing local wines! This an amazingly well kept and maintained Hotel with clean, spacious, modern rooms and suites. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone wishing to have an amazing stay! Room was so clean staf very friendly, the pool was very clean and tables around so convenient really we had a good time there we planing to came back next year with my friends . Every time that we need a taxi the from desk guys always help us location so convenient to go several places also a good shopping center was located around the corner from the hotel .

This hotel has changed owners and you can tell. The staff is not friendly nor do they want to help at all. The WiFi is non existent, we all had issues not being able to connect or stay connected, just lots of spinning. And the food/bar were nothing to write home about. The bar area is beautiful but good luck if you can get a drink. The food was lacking in flavor and very dry. Which completely shocking for Italy as they pride themselves in their food. Will not be back. Zero customer service. Sad really because it’s a beautiful hotel.
