We are located in the safe Sunset District of San Francisco! Your total price includes a $95 cleaning feeWe host a private 2 bedroom(2 Queen bed) & 1 bath, a living space, with a private dining area as well on the lower floor of our home (Entry through the garage) . There are multiple public transport stops nearby (MUNI). We are close to Golden Gate Park, Golden Gate Bridge and Ocean Beach. We are living upstairs, so you will hear slight noises from the floor above. But we will reduce the noises! Thank you!Our area is large and well-appointed, with backyard access, one standard room and one king room, both supplied with queen size beds and new mattresses. There is a kitchenette in the unit, and we also provide complimentary brand name Coffee, tea bags, bottle water, and beverages. The apartment also includes TV, high speed internet, and some kitchen items. This also includes a refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (complimentary tea& coffee are offered for all guests)Unfortunately there’s NO STOVE or HOT PLATE for safety reasons!Parking The streets around us are all free to park. This guest suite has a full size bedroom, bathroom with walk in shower, and is equiped with a single serve keurig and a microwave to make popcord for movie night or to heat some foot. There is not a full kitchen so this isn't ideal if you need to do cooking. It is a great place to stay close to the ocean and with close access to light rail and easy access to the 280 freeway. Steps from the Zoo and Ocean beach makes for a very walkable peaceful neighborhood.
