The living room is equipped with a 75-inch SmartTV and a pool table. There is also an extra-large 160-inch projector room for enjoying movie nights with family and friends. Additionally, there is a ping-pong table and many more outdoor games and activities to keep everyone engaged. Guests can also enjoy a private, fully landscaped front yard and backyard.The spaceMy home is the perfect peaceful and relaxing retreat location to unwind from our daily busy lives. The house is fully remodeled and includes an open floor plan with a kitchen, floors, furniture, appliances, and decorations. The entire home has A/C and heating capabilities to ensure your stay with us is completely comfortable and relaxing. We will inform you if you're booking coincides with the maintenance.There is also a biweekly (Tuesday) maintenance for the front lawn to make sure the grass and trees are trimmed nicely. Our Gardener usually comes around early afternoon and it only takes about 10-15 minutes. We will also inform you if you're booking coincides with the maintenance.★ PROPERTY DISCLOSURES ★We have four, actively recording cameras overlooking the front entrance, side yards and pool pump room which record video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. Excellent location, beautifully furnished home, and ample parking.The house is the main part of a duplex, upon entering the front door is the first living room that comfortably seats 6-8 people. The space has vaulted ceilings and in front of it sits an open-concept dining room. The kitchen is renovated and the dining room seats up to 10. The driveway fits 3 cars and there is ample street parking available. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with the necessities to cook any meal. Adjacent to the kitchen is a table seated for 4 which faces the second living room area.The second living room area has a large sectional couch, work desk, and dimming ceiling lights. There’s a 55” flat screen smart TV with all streaming apps available for use. (Netflix, Youtube, HBO, Disney+, etc.)The backyard is canyon facing, and very private with a gas grill, comfortable outdoor seating and a covered picnic table. Half of the backyard is a large grassy area and the other half is cemented where the seating area and grill are set up.There are five bedrooms upstairs: 1. The first has a set of twin bunk beds2. The second room has two twin beds with backyard facing windows. 3. The third bedroom has one queen bed.4. The fourth bedroom has one queen bed. 5. The master bedroom has one king-size bed, large closet spaces, and an en-suite bathroom. This bath comes equipped with double vanity and a walk-in shower. This room has a 60” flat screen TV.The shared full bathroom has a tub/shower combination enclosed with glass along with a double granite vanity, along with side-by-side two sinks.There is complimentary access to a washer and dryer, 3 parking spaces in the driveway and ample street parking, WiFi, air conditioning, fold-able baby playpen.
