The suite has Separate A/C Heat, new hepa air filter is changed between each stay. Our home is located in Ocean Beach - a vibrant, bohemian neighborhood, with a classic SoCal beach vibe. Surfers and sunbathers fill the beach, while Ocean Beach Pier is a popular local fishing spot with sweeping views. Nearby, Newport Avenue is lined with antiques shops, beachwear and surf boutiques, organic groceries, restaurants and brewpubs. The Ocean Beach Farmers Market on Wednesday afternoons features countless vendors of fresh produce, tasty ready to eat meals, unique homemade arts and crafts, and live music. Please note that San Diego does have a very convenient airport. You will hear some airplane noise during the day. The airport does shut down between 11pm and 6:30am however for quiet sleeping. Non smokers ONLY. No smoking cigarettes in or around the property.
