Our pool area is close to a bedroom in neighbor's house so please be considerate when use the pool. * No extra guest. Unauthorized visitors are prohibited. * NO SMOKING. * No pets. * Decommissioned fireplace for decorative purposes only * TV is in living room with streaming services only. * House has a lot of stairs inside and outside. Not recommended for guests with health conditions or impairments. * Narrow streets in the neighborhood. * House has a unsecured swimming pool.
