Both units can be rented together for a total of 4 bedrooms (check the calendar for availability).There is close beach access, down 109 stairs to the beach/beach trail or a quarter-mile drive to North Beach. The pier is a short one-mile walk. There is surfing directly in front of the house ("204s" on surfing maps, other surfing spots are a short drive). Heading up from the pier is Del Mar, which is a quaint shopping & dining area with many shops, restaurants and trendy bars. The San Clemente outlets are only 1/2 mile away. Dana Point Harbor is only 5 miles north on Hwy 1 for more shopping and dining, or for booking fishing, whale watching or Catalina trips. There is one parking place off the street, with street parking for any guests. The metro train is available within half a mile. Many great day-trips via train can be made, such as traveling up to Union Station in Los Angeles, an Angels game, or down to San Diego for a visit to the zoo, etc. The property is located only a mile from the 5 freeway and halfway between Los Angeles and San Diego.
