Absolutely perfect for what we needed. Two bedroom suite was perfect. Lots of fun stuff to do in walking distance as well.

Property was clean. The room was almost perfectly cleaned. There was an odor to the room that wasn't pleasant. They could offer bigger beds than the full/queen size beds they currently offer.

This is a great place to stay but far from downtown. I got misled by the name - this place is 25 miles (!) from SA Riverwalk, Alamo and other places of interest. There's construction happening on the highway in front so it isn't easily accessible. The popular navigation apps may have difficulty directing one to the front gate. The property itself is great. We had two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room kitchen. They were all clean and in good condition. The kitchen had adequate cookware. The staff is friendly and helpful. There's no breakfast just 24 hours of coffee. Overall one of our best stays except for the location.

Great place to stay. Quiet, nice people, safe, good places to eat in close proximity. The room are extremely clean.

It's so nice to have a separate bedroom AND separate bathroom!! I know AirBnB has that, but sometimes you just want a hotel. Their ability to accommodate late check ins was super easy. The parking lot is easy to maneuver in and there's plenty of parking. Any question you have they address quickly and with kindness. Great value for the $. We will absolutely stay here again.

The service and facilities could not have been nicer! We had a lovely stay and will stay again.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! We arrive at 2 pm and although the room was ready they made us wait at the lobby until 3pm or had to pay 25 usd for early check in! That is ridiculous!! The room was ready but they didn’t care!! Limited staff at reception only till 6pm if you need anything you are on your own!!! CONSTRUCTION OUTSIDE IN THE HIGHWAY NOT EASY TO GET THERE LOTS OF TRAFFIC AND NOISE!! No Breakfast either!! Good thing are Spacious rooms with kitchen.

Was over charged $245 and then asked to give a $100 deposit. Staff member never informed the manager of billing issue, had I not asked upon check out, the issue would have been unresolved. The rooms are not anything to write about. Did receive a call back from manager assuring me they fixed the issue and would be refunded.
