"Dirty! We should have left from the first moment and called the health department! Shame on our country! We stayed with my family from 20/07/23 to 25/07/23 by necessity after I had booked it with social tourism vouchers! We had planned to stay (before we went) another three days! I will only refer to our rooms! We didn't expect luxuries! Didn't we mind the small old-fashioned TV that didn't catch any channels or rust on the water heater but the phone in the shower and the short curtain in the bathroom that were yellowed by the passage of time? or /and/ the lera? On the balcony, ropes for hanging clothes and 3 clothes pegs! The small table and the plastic chairs for the balcony were on top of a wardrobe and they also needed cleaning! They changed our towels when the 5 days that were paid for by our cashier were now over and bearing in mind that we would stay another 3 days at our own expense! When we were leaving (and after he asked us for the legal sanction to cancel the reservation) we told him about the above (complaints) he told us that we had to tell each other from the first day to give us other rooms! In other words, he had more clearly, but he gave them selectively? We have been going every year for 15 years on vacations with and without social tourism and we have never encountered anything like this before! I am amazed at the good comments that some have written!"

"우리가 더 높은 층에 있는 방으로 변경한 후 매우 즐거운 경험. 호텔은 새롭고 잘 관리된 아름다운 부티크 호텔입니다. 수영장 옆의 아침 식사는 훌륭하고 직원들은 친절하고 환영합니다. 주요 도로에서 가파른 경사면을 따라 올라가기 때문에 호텔에 접근하기가 매우 어렵습니다. 호텔에는 자체 주차장이 있지만 가파른 경사로 인해 주차장에서 리셉션까지 오르는 것은 나이든 손님에게 어려울 수 있습니다. 더운 날씨에는 어려울 수 있는 계단을 통해 접근할 수도 있습니다. 아마도 호텔은 야외 엘리베이터 설치를 고려할 수 있습니다. 그렇지 않으면 Tsamadou 해변이 내려다 보이는 매우 아름다운 호텔입니다."

"We stayed at Erato for 10 days and got home on Sunday. Myself, Zoe and our 18 month old daughter (the famous little Lottie) absolutely LOVED our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. The staff were incredible, giving us such a beautiful experience throughout our stay and were so attentive to our needs with our daughter. The cleaners are a huge part of this hotel and it was spotless throughout and took great pride in this. The food was so tasty, and a great selection of Greek cuisines and more! We would absolutely return to this hotel. We would like to thank all the staff for such an amazing holiday and thank them for the gifts they even got our daughter who was branded “the princess of the hotel”. "Returned to this little gem after ten years to find it is as amazing as the first time we stayed. We had the Sea View suite which is a real treat - it having its own large terrace with your own sunbeds and umbrella as well as a table and chairs. The owners and staff here are wonderful and work very hard to ensure your stay is a happy and memorable one from the very warmest of welcomes to bidding you a genuinely fond farewell - nothing is too much trouble. Special mentions to the owner Ari and his son Alex and a huge shout out to the wonderful Eleni, Efi and Vicki (the talented chef)the stars of the show at breakfast (incidentally one of the best breakfasts you will find anywhere). These delightful, welcoming and very friendly ladies work so very hard to make breakfast a wonderful experience - which it is - sitting on the terrace looking out over the bay - they are without doubt a credit to Ari and we hope to see them there when we return. A special mention also to Vicki for the delicious fresh cake and cookies at breakfast - what a treat - I am now the proud owner of the cookie recipe which I intend to make at home. You also have the fabulous Mario and Fotis taking care of afternoons and the delicious evening meals and drinks. Again, very genuine and friendly,who go out of their way to help. We read with disbelief a previous review that we feel is no way representative of the experience you will have at Armonia Bay. It is a beautiful intimate boutique hotel, peaceful and relaxing, with very special staff, a very special atmosphere in a very special picturesque location. We can't wait to return"

"I was here for a week as part of a hiking group and felt very comfortable in every respect. I had a room in one of the bungalows further away and the hotel was generally very quiet. The room is not fancy and there are very few power sockets, but it had everything you need: a large, comfortable bed (plus another one that I didn't need and used as a shelf), desk, TV with a few German channels, seating area, large closet, fridge - and a mini safe that unfortunately doesn't fit an iPad. The room was easy to darken with a roller shutter and the small terrace had a very nice view. The bathroom is big enough, has an old-fashioned but well-functioning hairdryer and enough shelf space. The breakfast and dinner buffet was varied and it was very nice to sit on the terrace. The snacks in the pool bar are just as good as the cocktails. The staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly! The only small drawback is the location: since the hotel is on a higher elevation, you have an incredibly beautiful view, but you also have to walk about a kilometer and a half down and then back up again if you want to go to the very beautiful town of Kokkari. However, the hotel also offers a free shuttle, so you don't have to walk. Overall, a very nice stay."
