Our stay at Chasa Montana turned out to be a very rewarding and fulfilling experience. I have to thank the entire staff guided by Daniel, who kindly showed Chasa Montana best kept secret: their cellar. Olivier and his kind approach dealing with customers. Valentina at breakfast and dinner made a big difference with her friendly and professional approach. Last, but not least, the chef Fabian able to arrange a delicious dinner according to my dietary needs, and Martin, the hiking guide, brought us in a breathtaking hike. Lara, at the SPA, gave me precious suggestions during my treatments. I want to thank the entire staff at the Reception desk for their availability and kindness. We will be certainly back. I strongly recommend Chasa Montana for hiking, SPA and good food and wine lovers.

Chasa Montana was supposed to be a short break. It turned out to be a fulfilling experience. I have to thank Olivier and his professional and attentive team: Valentina at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was extremely kind and helpful, the Fabian extraordinary, Lara at the SPA gave me precious suggestions, the all staff at the Reception extremely helpful and professional. Not to mention Martin our hiking guide. The location is stunning for hiking lovers. The room have been recently renovated. I cannot think about something that didn’t work out. I will certainly be back. Strongly recommend.

A fantastic hotel with wonderful staff. Very well run and managed. Half board was six courses and brilliant. Great wine. Superb spa. The ski area is huge and great snow. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. I would highly recommend this place.

Incredible hotel with most friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are beautifully decorated and recently refurbished. The restaurants are all amazing with superb choice and a Michelin star chef. The spa facilities are also excellent with many options for treatments. They offer a shuttle service to the lift and it is possible to ski back to the hotel. They have a ski shop with top class skis and boots for hire that are delivered to the hotel for your convenience. We have been visiting for many years and are welcomed back like we are family. Highly recommend!!

The newly refurbished Hotel Chasa Montana is stylish and sophisticated but has not lost it's warmth and charm. We return every year because of the family feel in the hotel created by Daniel, Carina and their staff who welcome guests with genuine enthusiasm. The recently refurbished rooms and suites are warm, comfortable and classy with luxurious bathrooms. You absolutely must book the half board option as the food is exceptional with choices for every taste and a Michelin star chef! There is also a cigar bar for those who smoke so no need to stand outside. The spa facilities and pool area are a wonderful place to relax after skiing and you can book a treatment too. I would highly recommend the MBR facial which was incredibly relaxing and I could really see the difference in my skin immediately. You can also rent excellent quality skis and boots at the family Zegg shop and they are delivered to the heated boot room under the hotel for your convenience. They have simply thought of everything!!

We spent last week at the Chasa Montana enjoying a family skiing holiday. From the moment we arrived the staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is following all Covid recommendations and we all felt very Covid ‘safe’. Rooms were lovely, very clean and comfortable. Restaurants and bars were also great and the food was fantastic. The shuttle service between the gondola and the hotel is fantastically organised and runs constantly. We would definitely recommend the Chasa Montana and definitely plan on visiting again. Thank you 🤩

It was a amazing experience. Very professional, clean and wonderful facilities. The restaurant was wonderful with many tasty specialities. For sure we will come back to this hotel that is located in a beautiful place of Switzerland. Congratulations for everything.

Essen (Züri-Geschnetzeltes) mit Haar serviert erhalten. Der Kellner nahm den Teller wieder mit. Nach 2-3min. das Züri-Geschnetzeltes in einem anderen Teller erhalten. Und das soll frisch zubereitet sein? Wohl eher einfach ein anderer Teller... Die Chef de Service entschuldigte sich und wollte das Essen nicht verrechnen, der Chef de Cuisine beharrte jedoch in einem sehr arroganten Ton darauf, dass es ein neues Züri-Geschnetzeltes gewesen sei. Ein Entschuldigung...weit gefehlt! Nie wieder!!!

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen in einem Haus, welches verstanden hat modern und chiq mit der Bergwelt zu verknüpfen. Mit entsprechenden Materialien war das Zimmer auch eingerichtet, es duftet nach Holz und auch im Flur hat es angenehm geduftet. Die Gastgeber aber auch alle Mitarbeitende waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Einer der Gastgeber hat uns netterweise auf die Möglichkeit des Rabatt beim Einkauf hingewiesen, welchen wir vergessen hatten. Das Abendessen auf der Terasse des La Pasta war von sehr guter Qualität und dementsprechenden Service sowie Freundlichkeit bzw. Aufmerksamkeit. Leider waren wir auf der Durchreise nach Südtirol nur 1 Nacht zu Gast, wiederholen den Aufenthalt aber auf jeden Fall.

Dieses Hotel ist einfach mega. Sehr schöne Zimmer und einen super Wellnessbereich. Das Essen ist hervorragend und bietet sehr viel Auswahl. Die Gastgeber und das Personal sind sehr freundlich und familiär. Auch der Service mit dem Skibus in dieses wunderbare Skigebiet und alles drum und dran, ist einfach super. Wir können dieses wunderbare Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Von A-Z perfekt. Hier kann man sich Erholen und eine aussergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft geniessen. Das Angebot ist für Wellness Liebhaber vielseitig, der Shuttle Bus bringt einem in die wunderbare Bergwelt zum Skifahren, die Zimmer bieten ein herrliches Ambiente und die Restaurants laden zum Verweilen ein. Heerlijk gegeten. Met drie jonge kinderen is echt lekker eten vaak lastig maar hier bestaat het menu uit een combinatie van pizza’s en een heleboel andere hoofdgerechten. Saltimbocca met risotto. Het was heerlijk. Voorgerecht garnalen tempura en een heerlijke carpacio (Home made met de pesto erin gedraaid). En een heerlijke buffelmoza. Pizza’s waren ook voortreffelijk. Erster Aufenthalt nach der Renovation als 5 Stern. Die Zimmer sind gut gedacht. Leider folgen bestimmte Dienstleistungen noch nicht. Frühstücksbuffet hat sogar an Qualität eingebüsst. Beim Restaurant la Pasta sehr viel Personal für den Anzahl Kunden. Viele Informationen sind nur über eine Applikation verfügbar. Das pass nicht alle Gäste. Das Schwimmbad immer das gleiche Problem. Leuten die die Vorschriften nicht respektieren. Es wird von aller Seiten getaucht. Das Personal scheint es nicht zu interessieren. Schade. Wir waren gerne Gäste im 4 Stern plus. Leider werden wir in der Zukunft ein anderes Hotel wählen müssen.

Wir haben gerade einen wundervolle Zeit im Chasa Montana in Samnaun verbracht. Von Anfang bis Ende war es eine fantastische Erfahrung. Das Highlight war für uns das Menürestaurant. Das Essen war einfach umwerfend lecker und sehr edel. Wir haben jede Mahlzeit ausgiebig genossen. Auch unser Zimmer war erst vor kurzem renoviert worden und wunderschön und modern eingerichtet. Alles war sehr geschmackvoll und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Wellnessbereich mit Pool, verschiedenen Saunen und Ruhezonen war super schön und wir haben uns dort sehr entspannt. Nach unseren Wanderungen war der Spa genau das Richtige um wieder aufzutanken. Die Lage des Hotels mitten im Hochgebirge ist spektakulär. Dank der Gästekarte konnten wir kostenlos die Bergbahnen nutzen und hatten so Zugang zu einem riesigen Wandergebiet direkt vor der Tür. Die Panoramawanderung waren atemberaubend. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können das Chasa Montana für einen erholsamen und genussreichen Urlaub nur wärmstens empfehlen! Fünf Sterne von uns für diesen Traumurlaub.
