잘츠부르크, Panzerhalle 근처 호텔

Die Zimmer sind schön und sehr ruhig. Das Negative: Wir hatten über die Plattform Trip.com gebucht und dort war das Frühstück mit 13 Euro angegeben, das man vor Ort bezahlen könne. Im Hotel verlangte man aber 19 Euro, obwohl ich die Webseite von Trip.com vorzeigte. Die Dame an der Rezeption meinte, die Fa. Trip.com wäre ein externer Anbieter und man müsse sich nicht an deren Preisen orientieren. Einen Nachlaß auf das Frühstück wollte sie nicht geben, da auch das Frühstück von einer externen Firma geliefert werde und das Hotel keinen Einfluß auf deren Preisgestaltung habe. Erhebt sich die Frage, wozu überhaupt noch jemand in der Rezeption steht, wenn man für nichts zuständig ist.

Ho soggiornato presso questo albergo per tre notti dal 7 al 9 dicembre. Appena arrivato il proprietario mi dice che mi ha dato la camera con il balcone, notoriamente utilissimo a dicembre e, cosa che non mi era mai capitata in vita mia, mi chiede di pagare immediatamente 322 euro invece di 316. Pago e mi dirigo nella mia camera al primo piano. La camera è piena di macchie di ragni schiacciati alle pareti e alcune ragnatele. Nel bagno invece di una normale doccia vi è una vecchia vasca lunga e nemmeno una sedia per facilitare l'uso della stessa. A completare il quadro vi è poi che l'albergo è posto in una zona deprimente e al piano superiore non smettevano di fare rumore nemmeno un minuto. Non ho provato la colazione che comunque era disponibile alla modica cifra di 14 euro. Capisco che non si possa avere il Ritz, ma a questi prezzi il minimo sindacale è una camera pulita. Purtroppo non era disponibile l'albergo dove vado solitamente a Seizenheim e ho dovuto ripiegare su questo, ma la prossima volta piuttosto che venire qui rimango a casa.

The hotel itself was good. The room was small but very well planned, it had air conditioning, kettle, safe, shower gel etc. - everything you would need. The bed even had a soft support for your head when you are sitting in the bed. You had to check-in in the hotel nearby (2 mins walking, no more), but for us it was no problem. After that, you just use lust card to unlock outside and your own room door. The administration was very helpful as well (especially the blonde girl, pay her a bonus!). Finally, the sound isolation was good and the windows were sound proof. Now the drawbacks. Even though the room was clean and tidy, towels were changed, but cleaners weren't doing their job properly. Because there is a kettle in the room, tea and coffee packs were left the first 3 days, but the 4th and 5th day they weren't left. We could've bought them, but the stores work only until 8 PM, so it was too late when we came back. The 3rd day she left tea and coffee packs, but didn't leave paper cups and even threw away old paper cups that I left on my table. So had to go to registration and they gave us proper cups with spoons. The cleaner didn't put new bottle of liquid soap, so had to ask administration for this one as well. The cleaner was lazy enough, that the empty bottle of soap wasn't taken out (you can't do it by yourself, I tried). On the final morning we ran out of shower gel (unfortunately, I already started showering), and we almost ran out of toilet paper, because cleaner couldn't add the second one as is usual). So overall it can be a perfect hotel, but nuances listed above make it much worse that it is worth it. I'd be back again if I knew the problem with cleaners is sorted.

많은 스키 리조트에서 60-90 분으로 스키 휴가를 위해이 호텔을 예약했습니다. 아침 식사는 선택의 폭이 넓고 매일 스크램블 에그와 베이컨과 다른 많은 옵션이 있습니다. 약 2230 시간까지 약 20 분마다 운행하는 4 번 버스가 반대입니다. 싱글 비용은 € 3 유로입니다. The restaurant was not available and we were told beforehand so I can’t rate that. However the room size for 3 was plenty and was good for the price. The room was clean and had one larger bed a a single that were a little firm but comfortable, pillows and a blanket on each and were nicely made. A small table was in the middle of the room under a tv with on a pivot arm, so if you travel with an hdmi cable you’ll be able to access it. There were two windows/doors that were both useable and on even led to a small patio with a couple of chairs. Inclement weather kept us from utilizing this. There is also a standing fan for use and a wardrobe to keep your clothes in. The building is situated between a couple of bus stops for easy access so pick up a day pass for your duration. Using google maps will tell you which bus number to get on and when to exit the bus. The bathroom was well equipped and has an enclosed corner shower which is small (3.5ft/4ft square?) so keep your elbows in! Shower gel was provided as was hand soap at the sink. The towel rack was right about the radiator if you want to warm up your towels prior. Any time after May and you might not want to. The hotel isn’t flashy and the lobby is nice and well done. We stayed for 3 nights and tried to opt for an additional night but the room was already booked. We didn’t have any street noise and didn’t really hear any room neighbors until the last night. Thank you to the staff for their language skills!

We are tourists but don't generally like to stay right in the main tourist area. We were in Salzburg on a weekend and most of the hotels were quite expensive. This hotel is a good alternative as long as you don't mind being out of the center. Bus line 1 takes you straight from the train station to the hotel and likewise will take you back right into the tourist area. You can also walk from the hotel to ”old town” in 20-30 minutes. I asked for a room in a quiet area on a high floor away from the elevator and they gave me what was probably the best room in the hotel. We were on the top floor with a balcony (which we unfortunately couldn't use because of the rainy weather) and a mountain view. I'm sure some of the rooms (especially near the street) are in noisier areas. The hotel was modern, clean, and comfortable. Nothing to complain about. The hotel has over 50 rooms and also acts as the reception for their ”sister” property a couple of buildings away so I was a little surprised that they don't have 24 hour reception. However, it wasn't a problem for us. I would definitely stay here again.

Cocoon Salzburg - 10-13 July 2022 done both not all pix only the room This hotel is almost right across from the train station, on a corner, very easy to find - white 7 story building with a big butterfly outline on the glass doors. Inside the lobby is part of the bar and breakfast room. Checkin is super friendly. Room is small but wins the cuteness prize. Carpeting and walls in hallway all green with small leafy patterns like in a jungle. Bed is firm and very comfy, bedding is an interesting weave feeling like soft cotton paper, and 4 big fluffy pillows. No amenities in room such as phone, electric kettle or coffee makers, or even a small fridge. Has safe however. The hanging rattan chair is cute but takes up some room. Day couch by the window, no tables, night stands or desk - or chair for that matter (no room anyway). The most minimal amount of furniture, the idea I guess is all about lounging around so you don't ever need to sit up anywhere. Not much surface to layout stuff just a sort of narrow shelving on the wall next to the TV. Bathroom also tiny but everything is new and modern and the rain shower is the best ever. Takes a bit of maneuvering to get our two large suitcases settled. We are on the 6th floor so have a bit of view of mountains over the top of a building across the street. Windows have electrically controlled shutters outside (push button inside). You get a nice bar of chocolate and 5 euros for opting out housekeeping (although they said something about not continuing this practice). Floor uncarpeted. Aircon good. Wifi seems pretty fast. Nightlight under the bed is motion sensitive, so it comes on whenever you are moving around the room. Breakfast is good with scrambled and pre shaped fried eggs, sausage and bacon-like ham. Good selection of pastries and croissants and breads. Half dozen different kinds of tea all loose so need to scoop into a teabag in order to steep which is interesting and pretty fancy. Selection of cold meats as well and cheese. Tomato, cucumber and fruit. They don't check to see if you have breakfast included which is strange because it's extra charge for breakfast so not automatically included in all rooms. Overall a pretty good breakfast and food gets replenished pretty quickly. Seating tends to run out at peak time and people will ask to share your table if there is room.
