Hotel Best San Francisco

Great hotel,great location,near beach,shops,restaurants.The food is excellent,big buffet.Animators are super,very great program for kids and adults.Swiming poll very nice.Room housekeeping every day,very clean.Very friendly staff.

Nice, clean and tidy hotel. Good choice of food. Friendly and responsible staff. Room housekeeping every day. Excellent location. Near the beach,bars, restaurants and many shops. Everyone was happy.

A good standard of holiday hotel. Room was good and kept very clean. Reception and check in was easy and straight forward. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was tidy and had lots of seating , but the sun loungers were all covered with towels by guests very early. The evening entertainment was as you would expect as was the buffet. The breakfast buffet was very good and in the evening there was a large choice. All in all a good hotel giving you exactly what you would expect from a seaside holiday

The hotel was very clean and the food was very good always something you could eat with a good mixed of choice, The staff were all very friendly and helpful the bar staff were brilliant (Luis ) and ( Ismaili ) always had time to talk to you there was no queue at the bar and there were plenty of sunbeds the pool areas were kept very clean , So would I stay in this hotel again most definitely.

Great location. Fast easy check in. Had to pay taxes. Room 421 clean and tidy overlooking pool. Free fridge & safe. Hairdryer in bathroom. Free toiletries. We used the shampoo and body wash all week. TV was all Spanish but managed to find a Rock radio station. Two double beds, wardrobe hanging space and shelves. Food was OK. We eat anything so didn't go hungry. Imagine fussy eaters would struggle. Pig cheeks were delicious. 2 microwaves were useful at breakfast, we like hot food. Chef cooking omelette, pancakes, fried eggs & ham/cheese toasties. Staff could do with learning to smile. Didn't use the pool but saw plenty of folk having a splash and enjoying the sunbeds. Bus stop at the top of the road for Tarragona (buy a Plana bus card, makes bus travel cheap and easy) Bus to Cambrils across from macdonalds. Small supermarket next to hotel for cheap alcohol, snack & pop. Enjoyed a great night in Chaplins bar round the corner. Over all we had a great holiday and would return to the hotel

This will have been our 3rd time staying here and the hotel does not disappoint. For the price I think you can t go wrong, rooms are clean and comfortable, staff are friendly and there is a good mix of clientele, it’s not just brits abroad. The hotel is in a good location and there are lots of restaurants around and it is not too far to walk to the beach. I think this hotel is perfect for beach lovers and people that like us like to eat out. The pool area can be a bit crowded and we did notice there were not as many sun-beds for some reason, this didnt affect us as the beach is so beautiful and sea so warm that we spent most days there. Also can’t comment on the food as we like to eat out. Got back it early a couple of nights so had a drink and watched the entertainment, although in Spanish so didnt always know what was going on was still entertaining, or that may have been the drink! Lookin forward to our next visit

Fab hotel in good location. Good facilities, clean rooms, good bar service, plenty of choice for breakfast. My only grumble is the sunbed situation, people putting towels on them & not using them for hours , needs monitoring or more sunbeds! First few days of holiday was fine then got really busy so no chance of getting a bed.

The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was awful. On the first morning we went for breakfast and there was a large selection of different types of food but the English section was cold. Not great when your having bacon, sausage, beans and scrambled egg stone cold. Everything else was ok. We had evening meal once and that was ok. The griddle/hot plate was good. We are out most of the time. The room was small with 2 beds. Not much room to move at all. Free safe which was good. Air con didn’t go below 18 degrees but that was fine. Close to the beach. About 10 minute walk however, if you turn right out of the hotel and go up the hill there is a nice small beach. The pool was clean and managed to get sunbeds no problem but we went to the beach most days. Not much of an atmosphere round the pool. Staff were friendly. Would I go back, probably not.

Lovely hotel, very clean, friendly staff. Pool area is small but nice and gets the sun all day. Rooms are basic, and not sure why 2 double beds in each when a bed and a chair / table would be more comfortable. Food was very mediocre, like warm, and not amazing. We found an amazing restaurant right opposite called olivia. If staying here Definately go for food there.
