슬립 인 - 솔즈베리 I-85(Americas Best Value Inn Salisbury)

What I liked was the price for 2 Adults and 2 Kids.... What I didnt like - The place was clean, but old- The sink was clogged, bathroom way to small for 4 people. Room was small as well. Breakfast was very limited.

The room we had offered no bathroom door..it was noisy smell of **** garabage all on grounds broken dangerous pinic area for smokers ice machine threw ice all over floor ..bed was super comfy room was small but cute

Staff was wonderful and accommodating, they allowed me to switch rooms on my second day due drunken occurrences in the room above me. The walls are very thin and I could hear everything. But, the shower tiles/walls and tub were dirty with a man's dirty hand print on the shower walls, so I took a wash-up in the sink. The mattress cover was not clean because I always ***** the beds and bring my own linen and pillows. The remote for the TV in the first room broken and the remote in the second just didn't work, so I am glad I had my laptop to watch Netflix while doing work. The decor was outstanding along with a tasteful complementary breakfast. Suggestions: housekeeping needs to do a thorough cleaning and not just the basics, to make sure EVERYTHING is up to the hotels standards. Thank you Candy for being understanding and accommodating for what was in your power.

Was so tired when I first arrived at 2:00 a.m. I only focused on the bed which was soft like sleeping on a cloud. But then when I woke and went to take a shower I was horrified at how nasty the shower was when I tried to tell front desk and ask for a manager. I got the excuse that she would not be in until the next day but would see what you could do to adjust my bill. Never heard another word from them. Will not recommend or stay again.

The only issue I have with the property is the shower fan lights not having covers. This is a pretty big safety hazard for getting shocked. Otherwise it's clean, bed is comfortable and quiet.

Required to pay for room when checking in. Was charged twice for the stay causing my checking account to be overdrawn. Money has not been refunded. Will not stay at this hotel again.

The Sleep Inn is very basic and for the price its to be expected. Loud music from 11-3am. Men arguing with their spouses in the parking lot at 2am. I had to work the next day and i got about 2 hours of sleep. Would not recommend.

While this isn’t the property manager’s fault, it was ridiculously loud well into the morning hours. People shouting, loud music just doors down from us. We were very close to packing up, leaving, and requesting a refund. It would have been nice when we checked out for a staff member to have apologized for how terrible our night’s sleep was. We won’t stay here again.

The experience was a fairly good one. It was evident that the hotel manger and all staff make an earnest effort to present a clean facility. I waa not impressed by the floor in the room. It could have been cleaned better. The ladies upon my arrival were attentive and friendly. Yhe continental breakfast arrangement was pleasant. The dining area is clean organized and breakfast was reasonably healthy. Overall i would stop over again if i visited this location.
