Since 2013 I have been staying at this hotel during four weeks (second week of May - first week of June) a year. Since my first time here, I have felt like being at home. All personnel are very welcoming and do everything they can to help you enjoy your stay. Their offer full breakfast with great hot and cold options; and you can enjoy it while contemplating one of the most beautiful views over Plaza Mayor (main square). Furthermore, location is unbeatable. Overall, I love staying here year after year; I already consider them part of my extended family!

Very comfortable & pleasant staff. Lovely pillows, & bed. We took advantage of Room Service in the evening. Very prompt & efficient. In the AM we had a great Buffet breakfast, not crowded and staff was very pleasant & smiling!

I recently spent two nights at this hotel. It's well located, literally a one minute walk from the grand central square. And close to everything else you may want to see in the old city centre. I was greeted by the owner who was super friendly and welcoming. I spoke Spanish but he told me that he could speak English. I had a single room on the 4th floor, back side of the building. I would have maybe gone for a double front facing but it was the weekend and this was all that was available. The room was small but ok for me. There was a balcony facing a big interior area behind neighbouring buildings. I would have sat out there if it wasn't so cold at the time of my visit. The room was well heated. 4th floor wifi didn't work (I informed the owner of this) but I could pick up a weak signal from the floor below. There's no breakfast included but there are plenty of options nearby. Cafes, bakeries and restaurants. There are also a couple of sets of tables and chairs in reception where you can sit and could bring your take away food. To sum up, it's not particularly fancy but you're not visiting this impressive city in order to sit in your room. For me, the approach of the friendly owner/manager really made a difference to my stay.

이 호텔은 절대적으로 아름다운 도시 인 곳을 걸어 다니기에 이상적인 위치에 있다고 말하면서 시작해야합니다. 내가 가진 문제는 우리가 주차를 광고하면서 여기에서 예약했다는 것입니다. 내가 제공 할 경고는 작은 인쇄물이 다른 곳에 위치하고 있으며 충전 할 수 있다고 말합니다. 우리는 여전히 도로에있는 동안 예약했고 우리가 도착했을 때 차량으로 접근 할 수 없기 때문에 호텔을 찾기 위해 애 쓰고있었습니다. 우리는 거기에 도착하기 위해 '허가 된 차량 전용'도로를 운전하는 것을 끝내었다. 우리는 그 다음 주차 공간이없고, 공공 주차장의 가장 가까운 두 곳의지도가있는지도를 받았다고 들었다. (접수 원은 하루 종일 더 나은 부분을 위해 도로에 있기 때문에이 시점에서 너무 행복하지 않았기 때문에 매우 참을성이있었습니다). 문제는 부활절 축하 행사가 있었고 우리는 거의 1 시간을 보냈고 주차 할 곳을 찾으려고 운전했습니다. 방은 좋았지 만 너무 뜨거웠습니다. 그들의 겨울이기 때문에 AC는 낮에는 27c 였지만 뜨거운 공기를 쫓아 내고있었습니다. 창문은 열로 인해 정상적으로 좋을 것이지만 소음은 참을 수 없었습니다. 사람들은 거의 5am까지 술을 마시고 축하하고 있었고 부활절 일요일 이었지만 쓰레기 수집은 7.30am 주위에 시작되었습니다. 아마도 이러한 문제 중 일부는 호텔의 잘못이 아니지만 가장 잘 언급한다고 생각했습니다. 훌륭한 위치이지만 소음과 차량 접근이 좋지 않도록주의하십시오. 직원들은 친절하고 참을성이 있었고 우리를 돕기 위해 나갔습니다.

Onderweg vanuit Zuid Spanje met partner en 2 kinderen (4 en 5 jaar) via booking.com dit hotel geboekt en direct betaald,mede omdat de incheck tot 22:00 kon. Bij gebrek aan andere opties 2 kamers geboekt (een kamer voor 1 volwassene met 2 kinderen + een kamer voor 1 volwassene). Bij aankomst om 21:50 was het hotel gesloten. Het hotelnummer gebeld en er kwam een hele boze mevrouw om 21:58 binnenwandelen en zeggen dat we te laat waren. Maar het werd nog vreemder:Hoewel mevrouw de bevestiging vd reservering liet zien waarop 4 personen stonden,bleef ze volhouden dat er voor 3 gereserveerd was. Ze weigerde elke vorm van medewerking (geen extra bed,geld of kamer) en zei dat er maar voor 3 gereserveerd was. Een hele behulpzame dame van booking.com gesproken,maar mevrouw weigerde alle medewerking terwijl de reservering voor 4 ook door booking.com bevestigd werd. Uiteindelijk door booking.com plek geregeld bij Emperatriz I,een verademing

패밀리 룸이 이용안되어서 바로 옆 방에서 2박을 했는데, 단체 예약의 일환으로 찾아왔습니다. 방 중 하나는 무난했고, 사용했던 공기 청정기가 많이 있어도 불행히도 담배 연기가 어 있었고, 창문을 계속 열어두면 더 나아지지 않았습니다. 침대는 괜찮 았고 아침 식사 선택은 괜찮 았지만 (방은 빨리 채워졌지 만) 위치는 훌륭합니다. 나는 당신이 지불하는 것을 얻는 것 같아요!

Apartamento pequeño y céntrico, ya que estaba al lado de las calles Toro y Zamora, cerca de las tiendas, del Carrefour Market, cafeterías y a unos pasos de la Plaza Mayor. El estudio individual fue muy completo y bien equipado, con TV, sofá, cama, baño, pequeña cocina con placa, microondas, con cubiertos, platos, vasos, sartenes, pequeñas ollas. Muy buenos armarios y estantes para poder depositar comida llegado el caso. La cama me pareció cómoda y cerca tenía estanterías para dejar cosas. Respecto el baño pequeño pero funcional, lo suficiente para ase**** y todo lo demás. No obstante, los aspectos que menos me gustaron del apartamento fueron los siguientes: La habitación daba al patio de luces y le faltaba iluminación, y al encender la luz, había momentos que molestaba. El sofá para ver la TV fue incomodo y no era confortable. La climatización aunque funcionase, era algo confuso el ajustarla, a pesar de disponer instrucciones. El sonido de los motores y de la nevera hicieron que costase más descansar. Aunque no tuviera problemas en el acceso y todo correcto, siempre se echó de menos alguien que estuviese a ciertas horas, en caso de incidencias o problemas, a pesar que hubiera un teléfono de contacto. Concluyendo, el apartamento está muy bien equipado y la ubicación es excelente, pero reconozco que no me gustase el estudio individual. No sé que tal hubieran estado las otras habitaciones pero no me gustó mucho el estudio individual.
