"사진만 봐도 알 수 있죠. 모든 게 더러웠어요. 카펫은 지저분했고, 침대에는 머리카락이 붙어 있었고, 먼지는 청소되지 않았고, 화장실은 더러웠어요. 룸 서비스도 거부당했고, 칵테일 시간도 거부당했고, 제 말을 들어야 했고, 누군가 온다고 3번이나 말했는데도 아무도 못 봤고, 결국 리셉션 직원분이 직접 오셔야 했어요. 슬리퍼도 없고, "품절"이었고, 수건도 갈아주지 않아서, 다시는 아래층으로 내려가야 했어요. 다시는 안 갈 거예요. 도착하자마자 바로 떠나고 싶었어요. 부끄러웠죠... 괜찮았던 건 레스토랑과 수영장뿐이었어요... 이번 숙박이 시험 삼아 한 거라서 아쉬웠어요. 나중에 거기서 돈 많이 썼을 텐데, 손님을 놓쳤을 거예요."

"We spent two days and two nights at this hotel. There were three couples of friends, so we booked three rooms. Upon arrival, earlier than planned, we asked at reception if it would be possible to eat a little earlier, at 8:30 pm instead of 9 pm. They told us it wasn't possible! Yet the restaurant was empty, with only two tables for two people... The next day, we had reserved sun loungers on the beach, as well as a table at the restaurant. There too, we were told it wasn't possible to have lunch at 1 pm because the restaurant was full. We booked the 2 pm slot. Once we were settled on the beach at noon, we noticed that the restaurant was empty, with only two or three tables occupied. We asked the beach manager if it would be possible to eat a little earlier, at 1:30 pm instead of 2 pm, and were told, "No, not possible, the restaurant is full." Yet we were right across the street and never saw the restaurant fill up, and we were even advised to leave our sun loungers at 1:55 pm. I won't bore you with the details of the lunchtime ordeal! The next day at lunchtime, we decided to stay by the pool and eat at the poolside restaurant, and that's where the disaster began. We waited over an hour and a half for our food, and three out of the six items were told, one after the other, that they were unavailable on the menu. The wine was also missing from the cellar, but of course, the menu was missing! The restaurant manager or the head waiter finally offered us a digestif, coffee, and a bottle of water in light of this disastrous situation. And to top it all off, we spent two nights in the same room, and well, no housekeeping service came to ours... the previous night's breakfast was still there the next evening, the bed wasn't made, the trash wasn't emptied, and the bathroom wasn't cleaned! And all this for the same price. At check-out, the hostess noted my dissatisfaction without going into detail, but still told me that she would like to see us again so we could see how much they had grown and taken note of everything."

"이 호텔은 알테오르의 칼랑크 해변 바로 옆에 있지만 역사적인 기차 고가도로 아래에도 있습니다. 그래서 이 호텔 주변에는 소음이 있지만 도로 위의 오토바이가 가장 성가신데, 기차는 잘 들리지 않습니다. 우리는 간이 주방이 있는 방을 원했고 그래서 이 호텔을 선택했습니다. 옛날에는 분명히 레스토랑이 있었지만 지금은 아침 식사만 제공하고 객실은 대부분 시설이 있는 작은 스튜디오로 개조된 것 같습니다. 그늘진 주차장이 충분합니다. 객실은 매우 현대적이고 상쾌했으며 수납 공간이 충분하고 조명이 좋고 현대적인 욕실과 새로운 간이 주방, 멋진 발코니가 있습니다. 해변이 내려다보이는 우리 방에서 해안에 밀려오는 파도 소리를 들을 수 있었습니다. 간이 주방은 호브, 전자레인지, 심지어 미니 식기 세척기까지 잘 고안되어 있습니다. 식기와 주방용품, 세척액, 소금, 후추가 적당히 공급됩니다. 네스프레소 머신이 있었지만 3일 동안 2개의 캡슐만 제공되었습니다. 우리는 주전자를 사용했습니다. 객실에 금고가 있어 해변으로 가거나 작지만 매우 쾌적한 온수 풀을 이용하기에 편리합니다. 해변은 매일 아침 청소를 했고 우리가 있는 동안은 결코 붐비지 않았습니다. 아침 식사가 포함되어 있었고 시리얼, 과일, 맛있는 빵, 요거트, 치즈, 계란, 콜드 컷이 들어간 전형적인 프랑스식 아침 식사였습니다. 매우 매력적인 테라스에서 제공되었습니다. 멋진 레스토랑이었을 것입니다. 레스토랑과 기본 서비스(그리고 좋은 세탁소)가 있는 A***에서 약 2마일 떨어져 있고, 괜찮은 슈퍼마켓과 서비스를 제공하는 St Raphael에서 조금 더 떨어져 있습니다. 멋진 전망과 산책로가 있는 Massif d’Esterel까지 차를 몰고 갈 수 있지만 호텔에서 걸어서 갈 수 있는 곳은 많지 않습니다. 그러나 기차가 Antheor에서 정기적으로 정차하는 듯하고 역은 도보로 약 10분 거리에 있으므로 차에 의존할 필요가 없습니다. 전반적으로 이 호텔과 주변 환경을 즐겼습니다."

"We spent one night at this hotel and it was terrible. Anything positive that I might have had to say is completely negated by the fact that the air conditioning didn't work and the nightclub on the 1st floor kept us awake into the early hours. Not only that but Nicolas, the manager, LIED to us. He promised to organise a partial refund but has not done so and ignored 3 emails. DO NOT STAY here. Yes, it's central and it might seem like a good option BUT you will not be able to sleep because of the horrendous noise and if it's hot, you will have no chance of sleeping because their aircon doesn't work. Shameful that they are barefaced liars."

"I would not recommend here at all. We have stayed at many Pierre et Vacances over the years and this is incomparable. The apartments and resort are not as seen online and the entire resort is in need of a complete overhaul. Aircon not working in 30degree heat, lack of storage in apartments, mould in bathrooms, kitchen sink not draining, beds unmade on arrival with blood-stained sheets left for us to fit, broken curtains, pile of poo on balcony, noise overnight like I have never heard in a resort before- the list goes on. We have left after 1 night of our booked 7 night stay as it is simply not good enough and not what you expect of a Pierre et Vacances resort. I have already submitted a formal complaint. Not good….."
