The apartment is situated directly on the beautiful St Leonards seafront within the basement of a historic Grade II listed house. The house was built by James Burton, the original architect of St Leonards-on-Sea in the year 1830. The holiday let is accessed through its own front door, down a flight of steps from the street; the flat is completely self-contained and has been newly refurbished throughout.The front door opens into the lounge, with a wood burning stove available for guests to use during the colder months.There is a smart TV and a bluetooth speaker.The bedroom is a romantic and calm retreat and very quiet.The bed is king sized and made from orthopaedic memory foam, the bedding is pure cotton. As you walk up the stairs of this flat there is a distinct feeling of entering a light house. There is a large open plan living area with kitchen, huge dining table and cosy lounge area all in one. The flat is ideal for families sleeping 5 with two good sized bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and the other with a triple bed featuring a double and a single on top.
