While the unit provides privacy, please note its proximity to bars and restaurants, where music can be heard in the evenings. Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following: We are ONLY dog-friendly.. . Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250. We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
